Many aspects were OK, like location not too far from main train station and bus stations, as well as cleanliness and bed quality. Some points like difficulty to get hot water for the shower in the morning and the staff at the reception could be improved.

The receptionist gave us the wrong info of the bus services and for us to realised after waiting for an hour that it was a public holiday and bus services are disrupted and of different schedule.

Overall nice hotel, fitness room is not equipped with weights. Cleaning ladies were very rude barged into our room while the do not disturb sign was hanged to make us leave earlier before checkout

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was plentiful, there was parking, and it wasn't far from the stone bridge. The hotel restaurant had good food, and most importantly, there was a kettle, which was very suitable for Chinese people.

On the other hand, the water wasn't hot, the kettle was literally moldy and the towels weren't much clean. I told them about the issues, they told me they would fix it but didn't. It is a good location for sightseeing in Regensburg, the hotel facilities are good, and the staff is friendly. However, the cleaning and management are poor. There are long hairs on the towels, and the toilet is not clean. The bathroom lights also flicker.

I spend one night with my young daughter at this hotel. The room is functional and very clean, the underground parking is perfect. The reception staff is nice but lacks common sense and spirit of initiative, I was in disbelief, maybe some training is needed in this area, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

This is a newly opened hotel with relatively new facilities. It's located right by the roadside, about a 20-minute drive from Dahao Plaza in the city center. Breakfast is a buffet with a decent variety, and parking is convenient.

Could be better Evening buffet was overpriced for what it was, and if you forget to bring back the empty bottle of water at check-out you’ll be charged 10,- euro ! Why can’t they just bring it back when they clean the room, which wasn’t to good, no vacuum cleaning for five days. Therevwhere no towels in spa area or drinking water in the gym, and no fridge in the room.

This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Europe. When I arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, but the staff let us check in early, for which I wanted to express my gratitude. In terms of transportation, it's right next to the train station and within walking distance of the old town, so the location is quite excellent.

There were four of us on a cycling holiday. The hotel provided safe storage for our bikes in an inner courtyard - we wheeled our bikes through reception.
