Overall nice hotel, fitness room is not equipped with weights. Cleaning ladies were very rude barged into our room while the do not disturb sign was hanged to make us leave earlier before checkout

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was plentiful, there was parking, and it wasn't far from the stone bridge. The hotel restaurant had good food, and most importantly, there was a kettle, which was very suitable for Chinese people.

Great business hotel in general and staff very helpful. I've stayed here many times. The only trouble I have with this hotel is the Wi-Fi. It is sometimes very slow or intermittent, and in some rooms further away from the center there is no reach, for example room 145. Please fix this or my entire company will need to find another hotel.

A normal hotel. Don't expect anything special. Unfortunately, there was a large hole in the towel and several silverfish in the bathroom. The bar was already closed Friday evening, which is a shame. The food and service were average. But it was perfectly adequate for one night. The location by the lake was lovely. Plenty of free parking.

This is a newly opened hotel with relatively new facilities. It's located right by the roadside, about a 20-minute drive from Dahao Plaza in the city center. Breakfast is a buffet with a decent variety, and parking is convenient.

Could be better Evening buffet was overpriced for what it was, and if you forget to bring back the empty bottle of water at check-out you’ll be charged 10,- euro ! Why can’t they just bring it back when they clean the room, which wasn’t to good, no vacuum cleaning for five days. The worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

It is a very good hotel in the very heart of the old town of Regensburg. A well-organised property with nice rooms in a historical building. The room I had was very cosy and warm. The staff were very helpful both at the front desk and at the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast though could be more versatile and include more vegetables both cooked and fresh.

Great stay last week in Regensburg. I stayed in room 28 which was spacious, clean and very quiet. Coffee and 1 bottle of water in room each day. Location was great, you could walk to everything. This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my trip to Germany. The rooms were large and clean, the breakfast was plentiful, the restaurant was like a palace, and the hotel was very beautiful.
