I spend one night with my young daughter at this hotel. The room is functional and very clean, the underground parking is perfect.
The reception staff is nice but lacks common sense and spirit of initiative, I was in disbelief, maybe some training is needed in this area, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

A centrally located hotel with direct bus connections to the old town. The old town is a 10-minute walk away. Everything was very clean. 24/7 reception. Convenient online check-in. No waiting time at check-in or check-out. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to take advantage of the extensive and varied breakfast buffet. 5 stars from us.

Such a lovely and international team at the desk, they were all so kind and helpful, they spoke so many languages and were truly customer friendly. Rooms were clean and practical, for the price it was really good. Thanks to the whole team!

I booked a stay at the Ibis hotel to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday.
The location is great — it’s within walking distance of the city center.
However, the hotel itself is quite basic. There’s nothing particularly special about it, so I wouldn’t rate it higher.
During breakfast, the staff spent lot of their time chatting with each other instead of checking the buffet or attending to guests. It felt more like being in a McDonald’s than a hotel restaurant.
Overall, it’s an okay option if you just need a place to stay for 1–2 nights.

The rooms are too blanch; no refridgerator, no pressing iron, no security box, no microwave, no common basic amenities. Beautiful and clean room, artistic painting but with just a bed to sleep in.The staffs were nice and friendly. The location was very good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, modern, and clean, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, ensuring a great start to each morning. Additionally, the hotel’s location was very convenient, close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.
The only downside was that there was no fridge in the room, which would have been a nice addition. However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay. Highly recommended!

Clean hotel in quiet town. Perfect for a stopover in a journey.

Rooms are very modern. Not so much my style, they don't have a cozy feeling to me. But the bed was big and comfortable. A lot of these type of hotels are now very sparingly supplied, no lotions, washclothes, in this one only a bathtowel per person, no hand towels at all. No free coffee or coffee makers in room. Only full breakfast option.
Front desk personnel very helpful and friendly.
A shelf in the shower and under the sink would be helpful to put things down.
