Many aspects were OK, like location not too far from main train station and bus stations, as well as cleanliness and bed quality. Some points like difficulty to get hot water for the shower in the morning and the staff at the reception could be improved.

great location and quite spacious

The receptionist gave us the wrong info of the bus services and for us to realised after waiting for an hour that it was a public holiday and bus services are disrupted and of different schedule.

I spend one night with my young daughter at this hotel. The room is functional and very clean, the underground parking is perfect. The reception staff is nice but lacks common sense and spirit of initiative, I was in disbelief, maybe some training is needed in this area, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Good looking rooms. No kettle and coffee inside rooms. Door thudding and noise from other room easily audible. Good location.

A centrally located hotel with direct bus connections to the old town. The old town is a 10-minute walk away. Everything was very clean. 24/7 reception. Convenient online check-in. No waiting time at check-in or check-out. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to take advantage of the extensive and varied breakfast buffet. 5 stars from us.

Such a lovely and international team at the desk, they were all so kind and helpful, they spoke so many languages and were truly customer friendly. Rooms were clean and practical, for the price it was really good. Thanks to the whole team!

Place is kind of isolated facing several construction environments. Uber is available but a little costly and long wait. Walkable to some areas with 15-20mins. No food or restaurant outside of breakfast Service can be a little friendlier though. Smiles are a rare commodity here, just an observation. Definitely not close to a standard Hilton level.

This place is fabulous! The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean and new, beds are great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful spot by the river and is very walkable.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I love it because it's right off the freeway, next to PM Power Meals, a place with delicious bowls, and it's dog friendly. Last time I checked in my dog got a treat from the reception. How nice. It's an ok place to sleep for a few nights. This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Europe. When I arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, but the staff let us check in early, for which I wanted to express my gratitude. In terms of transportation, it's right next to the train station and within walking distance of the old town, so the location is quite excellent.

Firstly the lobby and the Rezeption was really up to date(modern),but the room we had was very small , specially the bathroom. Would be nice to have a little more space for the bathroom. We had a great experience at Dock. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There are two good restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has a charging station, but the one stall was already in use,so we could not use it. But there is a Q8 supercharger in 7 minutes walking distance, so it was not a big problem. In case you come with an electric car, you can book the charging station .

I stayed here for 10 days (business purpose) and was the best choise. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff is friendly and can help you with any information you need. The breakfast is delicious and you can find a variety of choices. The city center is not so far (20 minutes walk) and you have a bus station 50 meters from the hotel.

A bit spartan. The rooms were clean but a bit spartan, the mattrass was hard. There was no flexibility w checkout time. The place is v difficult to find w GPS since its a newly developed area. The restaurant staff were kind and accommodating. About a 25 min walk downtown.

We only spent here one night midway on our journey. For that purpose, this is a perfect place. The hotel is close to the highway, but it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a very good modern hotel. It's in a suburban location about 10 minutes out of Regensburg old town, close to the freeway. We opted to order bottles instead of the wine pairing with the tasting menu and my glass sat empty for half the meal with no one noticing. Regular here. It's an old building, be aware of that. That's it for the criticism. Praise starts here: Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet. Breakfast is one of the best in Bavaria. Ask for the Eggs Benedict! If you want an extraordinary experience book a table for dinner, it's truely excellent!

Booking.com shows the rooms have A/C but they don't. The reception was able to bring us a fan which helped. It is definitely worth it to pay for a reserved parking space in their lot.

Food and beer are really good. It is a bit far away from the downtown but really interesting to meet and see local people. There was even a bayerish band playing typical songs.
