Many aspects were OK, like location not too far from main train station and bus stations, as well as cleanliness and bed quality. Some points like difficulty to get hot water for the shower in the morning and the staff at the reception could be improved.

The receptionist gave us the wrong info of the bus services and for us to realised after waiting for an hour that it was a public holiday and bus services are disrupted and of different schedule.

I spend one night with my young daughter at this hotel. The room is functional and very clean, the underground parking is perfect. The reception staff is nice but lacks common sense and spirit of initiative, I was in disbelief, maybe some training is needed in this area, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Good looking rooms. No kettle and coffee inside rooms. Door thudding and noise from other room easily audible. Good location.

A centrally located hotel with direct bus connections to the old town. The old town is a 10-minute walk away. Everything was very clean. 24/7 reception. Convenient online check-in. No waiting time at check-in or check-out. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to take advantage of the extensive and varied breakfast buffet. 5 stars from us.

Such a lovely and international team at the desk, they were all so kind and helpful, they spoke so many languages and were truly customer friendly. Rooms were clean and practical, for the price it was really good. Thanks to the whole team!

This place is fabulous! The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean and new, beds are great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful spot by the river and is very walkable.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I love it because it's right off the freeway, next to PM Power Meals, a place with delicious bowls, and it's dog friendly. Last time I checked in my dog got a treat from the reception. How nice. It's an ok place to sleep for a few nights. I don't like that once my toilet was visibly not clean when I entered my room, and that the stuff is easily overwhelmed sometimes...

The hotel was nice and clean and it is close to main train station

This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Europe. When I arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, but the staff let us check in early, for which I wanted to express my gratitude. In terms of transportation, it's right next to the train station and within walking distance of the old town, so the location is quite excellent.

Firstly the lobby and the Rezeption was really up to date(modern),but the room we had was very small , specially the bathroom. Would be nice to have a little more space for the bathroom. Stayed here for one night. The room was very cozy with a nice view of the railway tracks. The breakfast was also nice. The staff were very nice and kind, and they communicated with genuine kindness about something I had forgotten at the hotel.

Fourth floor room with vaulted ceiling meant that we couldn't actually see out the window, which was about seven feet off the ground. But the room was spacious and modern, plenty warm and clean with nice floors and furniture. Noise from the hallway is a bit disturbing. Parking is validated and slightly cheaper at around 10€/day. The room was clean and spacious - high ceilings definitely a plus! The staff was courteous and assisted with finding late night food. Parking is conveniently located directly under the hotel and the front desk will provide you with a discount stamp upon request. Convenient travel, good facilities

Place is kind of isolated facing several construction environments. Uber is available but a little costly and long wait. Walkable to some areas with 15-20mins. No food or restaurant outside of breakfast Service can be a little friendlier though. Smiles are a rare commodity here, just an observation. Definitely not close to a standard Hilton level.

Breakfast was good. Service was excellent. The room layout was unique; not every room had a direct elevator.

Quaint, room that was very spacious, friendly, helpful staff and a great location for access to the Altstadt.

Spent five nights at the hotel and even when we requested the room was not vacuumed and glasses and cups were not replaced. There were spiderwebs in one corner. The reception was friendly, but clearly there is something wrong with the cleaning staff.

It is a very good hotel in the very heart of the old town of Regensburg. A well-organised property with nice rooms in a historical building. The room I had was very cosy and warm. The staff were very helpful both at the front desk and at the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast though could be more versatile and include more vegetables both cooked and fresh.

Great variety of food; we came to see the Christmas Market and it was just steps from the hotel! Beautiful!

Great stay last week in Regensburg. I stayed in room 28 which was spacious, clean and very quiet. Coffee and 1 bottle of water in room each day. Location was great, you could walk to everything. I didn’t try breakfast, instead went to the many bakeries/coffee shops. We only spent here one night midway on our journey. For that purpose, this is a perfect place. The hotel is close to the highway, but it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was ok, could do with a little bit more attention to cleaning especially in the bathroom. Can't say that in the morning I was made to feel welcome at breakfast time either...but if you don't mind that, the hotel is in a good quiet location.

Service was good. Picked up my key from a vault because my arrival was late and there was no one at the reception anymore. Instructions where very clear (with photos). Rooms where ok. Bed was so hard it felt like i slept on a couch. Had a lot of better options in the past for this price.

This is a very good modern hotel. It's in a suburban location about 10 minutes out of Regensburg old town, close to the freeway. Regular here. It's an old building, be aware of that. That's it for the criticism. Praise starts here: Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet. Breakfast is one of the best in Bavaria. Ask for the Eggs Benedict! If you want an extraordinary experience book a table for dinner, it's truely excellent!

Booking.com shows the rooms have A/C but they don't. The reception was able to bring us a fan which helped. It is definitely worth it to pay for a reserved parking space in their lot.

A bit spartan. The rooms were clean but a bit spartan, the mattrass was hard. There was no flexibility w checkout time. The place is v difficult to find w GPS since its a newly developed area. The restaurant staff were kind and accommodating. About a 25 min walk downtown.

The room was very good, and so was the evening meal. Breakfast was OK, but no cooked dishes. But perhaps one can ask for it. I did not do that.

Business trip 1 night stay I bit hard to find: my car GPS had problems and so had google. But after some driving around I found the right way. Staff: very friendly Room: large and good bed, clean bathroom. Restaurant dinner: ok Restaurant breakfast: good with all I needed, but no cooked dishes. But perhaps this can be asked for. Perfect little hotel approximately 15 minute walk to the Old Town Regensberg. Wonderful and helpful staff, easy parking on site. A particular highlight was the absolutely delicious meal we had in the restaurant. Highly recommend.

Very good modern hotel. Worth to stay

We had a great experience at Dock. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There are two good restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has a charging station, but the one stall was already in use,so we could not use it. But there is a Q8 supercharger in 7 minutes walking distance, so it was not a big problem. In case you come with an electric car, you can book the charging station .

Good, simple and clean rooms, unfortunately they doesn't have restaurant but near is other restorane. Breakfast is good as well.

I stayed here for 10 days (business purpose) and was the best choise. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff is friendly and can help you with any information you need. The breakfast is delicious and you can find a variety of choices. The city center is not so far (20 minutes walk) and you have a bus station 50 meters from the hotel.

Great start point to start your visit in Regensburg. Calm surrounding and pleasant stuff
