Very Bad experience. Unfriendly staff, dirty. Have the feeling they are criminal people around. I wanted to book online but they not let me use their WiFi. Kicked me out after some minutes while I was trying to make the booking. The stuff working there was aggressive towards me. Think it is very loud since all rooms seem cheap build. Never again. Be careful. Even for loading phone they charge extra! 0Stars or better -5 - Check my other reviews, I do usually try to be positive but here it’s not possible at all.

it was the worst hostel ever. There is no hygiene at all in the bathrooms or rooms, the smell of the place is disgusting. The staff was bad in every sense of the word, there is no words to describe it, they were always making problems with all the people. I will not come back again!

The best barber shop in Berlin! When you enter into the bathroom and the first thing you see is an Arabic guy trimming is beard and forehead when you’re trying to brush your teeth you know it’s a barber. The position is good but unfortunately I’ve been in the same room with a really loud French guy that made my sleep really difficult

I give them three stars because I think they are providing housing for low income locals and refugees. That is very admirable.
If you are low on money or in a fix, you WILL survive staying here. People overhype so much on this website. That being said, my sheets were not clean, the bathroom was barely usable, and the room was an absolute mess. BUT the staff was nice and were clearly trying to make a good experience. You get what you pay for with this hostel.

Nice rooms and kind service. The room I stayed in had some problems with the door and there wasn't light in the shower stalls. I took a very dark shower in the night. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice place situated in a good area if Berlin. Only issue is lack of air conditioning. It gets quite hot and stuff in the rooms and having some kind of air, even a fan, would make it much more bearable at night and in the morning. Otherwise it's a great place.

Although this hostel is very good and everything is pretty clean which is always what I appreciate, I took a disappointment. He had previously been in other hostel of this company and everything was super new and super care. Although a little disappointed I have TO RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL. the location, the cleanliness, the facilities are optimum according to the price paid for the.

Comfortable beds. Nice rooms with a good size locker for 6/8 people in the room. The halls are very echo-y so anyone drinking in the lounge you could hear perfectly, along with anyone walking on the street two stories below. The noise was so bad we couldn't sleep. The front desk said it was out of their hands to fix even though the guests they could have talked to. The bathrooms were not super clean, but overall not bad. The front desk in the morning was very nice and let us store our luggage for the day before our train in the evening. It wasn't the worst experience but I don't think I would come back.

Good and cheap place. I was there 3-4 days and it was very good. They have public area with table futbol, sofas, and you can communicate with people from many countries.

Good hostel with great location. Even if it's so central, it's quite there. The bed was comfortable, but was missing an electrical socket nearby. The kitchen is nice and clean. The bathrooms are not very clean and very uncomfortable to use.
