Very nice hotel in a central location. The room is a little bit old but overall very nice place to stay.

Quite clean although we found a few hairs and stains on bedsheets and linen. Staff very nice. Overall comfortable stay and great central location

Stayed again at the Hilton in December. Treated ourselves to a Dome View room with Lounge Access. Just across the road from Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market and about a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz market

The exec lounge has a great selection, breakfast you are spoilt for choice - even the option for DIY bloody Mary’s which I have never seen anywhere else. Stated in room 5085 which had stunning views of the dome

Absolutely brilliant hotel, service and staff are amazing and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and feel. The staff went over and above to make us feel special

Highly recommend this hotel for its location , easy to reach the main sites and Christmas markets just across the road

One small suggestion for improvement, however, concerns the colleague at the entrance to the breakfast room: His manner was a bit too forward for me early in the morning, and his ironic comments seemed more irritating than charming

Best hotel choice for attending the Berlin Film Festival! Excellent location and convenient transportation. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff asked if we wanted a shower or a bathtub

The bed in this room category was incredibly soft. I suspect it's quite old, as I just sank into it completely, offering absolutely no proper support. I had a terribly uncomfortable night and barely slept at all

The location isn't the most convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. However, if you use a scooter, you can reach the Brandenburg Gate in just 7-8 minutes

The internet speed in the room was very slow and the signal was not good. The shower gel in the room was out and not replaced. The environment was good, the atrium was beautiful, the restaurant downstairs was delicious

The location is great, just a two or three-minute walk from the train station to the hotel. You can pay extra for early check-in. However, I had booked a twin room as a king room wasn't available at the time

Two small downsides: we felt a slight draft from the balcony window (winter stay), and there was a faint “old” smell in the room. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on food

For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient

First time trying the steingeberger brand hotel - the service standard turns out to be better than the other international brand hotels. Location is just a stone’s throw away from Berlin hbf, super convenient

A really good hotel, very centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really nice, and we will definitely return to Premier Inn when we go to Berlin again.

We stayed in a family room - but it was tiny - there was hardly room to move! I didn’t expect a suite, but I definitely expected a family sized room - not a double room but with extra beds - especially for the price! Was so small that it had a sliding door to the bathroom to save space, but (by design) it didn’t close properly, so there was a gap all the way round and it didn’t lock - so no privacy...

The service was very friendly and the room quality was excellent. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, so there was a long wait. There were a lot of people arriving at 3:00 PM. It's very conveniently located next to the station

I was super tired when I got here and was sort of clueless, and the woman at the front desk wasn't exactly tourist-friendly, but I guess that's typical for Berlin? But the people at checkout in the morning were really friendly, helpful, and patient

Restaurants nearby, nice walking area, and safe. My room was like a little apartment and had everything I needed, including bottled water and delicious Nespresso coffee. It was some of the best coffee I've ever had

But definitely stay here; I wish I booked a couple of nights. And they can store your suitcase when you check out, so you can have fun in Berlin after that. This is a great city and is underrated IMHO

It's not as powerful, and overall I still felt sort of warm, and it seems to not operate during the night. So overall, don't expect the AC that you'd experience at American hotels of the same caliber

The hotel is very close to the train station. It is very convenient to commute from Berlin main train station. It is not far from museum Island. Rossmann is just opposite the hotel. The room is very clean and spacious

A great hotel in excellent location, walkable distance to lots of restaurants, shops and landmarks. The room was nice and clean, bed comfortable. A bit noisy from the train station nearby but nothing earplugs cannot fix

We ordered room service dinner one day and it was delivered promptly, tasted great, and even included a couple of flowers in a vase on the tray, the perfect touch! We were welcomed with treats

City center; close to the attactions; clean and new; sufficient car park space; staff is very nice; breakfast is good.

The location is super convenient; bus 248 is right outside, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the U2 Spittelmarkt station. Taxis are always available downstairs, and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby

Asked for more hangers and the officers helped. Asked to change room after day 1 due to noisy street and the staff helped to changed to a quieter facing room. Will be great if rooms have fridge

Our room did not have a fridge but the staff were kind to help us store our cold food in their fridge, and added one to our room the other day. Location was convenient, near U bahn and tram station
