The exec lounge has a great selection, breakfast you are spoilt for choice - even the option for DIY bloody Mary’s which I have never seen anywhere else. Stated in room 5085 which had stunning views of the dome

Stayed again at the Hilton in December. Treated ourselves to a Dome View room with Lounge Access. Just across the road from Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market and about a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz market

Absolutely brilliant hotel, service and staff are amazing and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and feel. The staff went over and above to make us feel special

Best hotel choice for attending the Berlin Film Festival! Excellent location and convenient transportation. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff asked if we wanted a shower or a bathtub

The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are very new. The location is at Potsdamer Platz, close to everything, Brandenburg Gate, Congress Building, Philharmonic Hall, Tiergarten are all within a 15-minute walk

The SPA facilities were up to par, with the sauna in excellent working condition, providing a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, we didn't use the pool as we didn't have our bathing accessories with us

When I asked to add breakfast, they only said that I could go directly to the restaurant to settle the bill after check-out, 36€ per person. As a result, I ate two meals but was charged for four meals, totaling 344€

After several email negotiations, they agreed to settle the bill according to the restaurant registration and refunded 144€. I don't understand how this bill was calculated

Overall, I felt it was OK, mainly because it was close to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. The front desk service felt a bit perfunctory

The hotel is clean and in a great location for all forms of public transport. Close to huge shopping centre and awesome atmosphere

the rooms are very big for a hotel and the common areas are very large and very nice with a good vibe. generally it feels more like a nice place where you can stay longer rather than just a hotel

The BAD: - I had requested for a possible 30-60 minutes delayed checkout, but Hotel couldn't accommodate - which was unfortunate as checkout time is 12:00, whereas checking in is at 3:00 & I requested checkout at 1:00 (& am a club member)

Experience with staffs was great even when trip somehow made a mistake in my booking. Paid for 2 rooms for 2 night but the hotel can only find booking for 1 room. Had to pay extra for the second room

- There's a self checkout stall next to reception for quick bite/drink etc. - You won't find shaving or dental kits readily, but per need, go and collect from reception

Stayed here in 2017 and it was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Berlin, not only as a comfortable and good quality hotel, but in thanks to the remarkable cylindrical aquarium that stands from ground floor to top in the middle of the atrium (the largest water tank in the world I believe) Every room looks out on to this aquarium, giving you one of the most unique hotel experiences you could encounter

This hotel is AMAZING! As soon as you walk in, the first thing that you see is this huge cylindar fish tank which is located behind the reception desk. The lobby area is nice and airy and the staff are very welcoming

The environment is clean and tidy and smells lovely and fresh. Very spacious and again clean. Nothing was too much trouble for staff members, and they made some great recommendations in relation to places to eat

You fall asleep at night being able to look onto a relaxing and beautiful view. The are over 150 species of fish in the tank and you can see scuba diver cleaners maintaining too if you look out for them

Our recent stay at the Adlon Kempinski Berlin was easily among the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel itself is traditional, yet nothing is out of date, old or distressed as is common in “traditional” hotels

From the moment you walk in the stately entrance, about 150 yards from the actual Brandenberg gate, and right next to the American Embassy, you’re surrounded by old world, luxury and elegance

The entirety of the hotel is clean, spacious and airy, with great natural light in common spaces. We were completely relaxed, regardless of where we were in the hotel

Let’s start with the positives with the hotel. It’s cheap and cheerful and is 5 minutes from Berlin Hauptbahnhof train station. You can walk to most of the main Berlin attractions with plenty of eateries along the way

The hotel building is new and attractive. My fifth-floor room had a nice view of the city and the railway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good

The only drawback was the lack of a kettle and cups in the room. Hot water was available at reception, but having these in the room would have been more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a short trip

3 times for 10-15 minutes I tried to get an answer regarding my invoices. Only the last call was successful. This is not worth to be called hotline. Btw, the booking hotline is available after 30 seconds

Restaurants nearby, nice walking area, and safe. My room was like a little apartment and had everything I needed, including bottled water and delicious Nespresso coffee. It was some of the best coffee I've ever had

But definitely stay here; I wish I booked a couple of nights. And they can store your suitcase when you check out, so you can have fun in Berlin after that. This is a great city and is underrated IMHO

It's not as powerful, and overall I still felt sort of warm, and it seems to not operate during the night. So overall, don't expect the AC that you'd experience at American hotels of the same caliber

Good hotel with everything you need. Close to S U tram, inter junction to many public lines. The bed is incredible comfortable, with three pillows. I love its bedsheet and comforter, soft to the skin.

I love the app to request amenities! I was also pumping breastmilk at the time, and they were so nice to accommodate ice for my cooler to keep it cold! Location is perfect, near grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, historical sites, train stations! Berlin is already walkable but this made it way easier for me as an American

We are happy that our stay was a very relaxing one even though it was mainly for a congress. The hotel has also a nice restaurant that may serve until late, should someone needs it

Hotel was clean, friendly and located right next to the central Berlin train station. You have a short journey into the city either along river 20mins Aprox or over bridge through park again 20 mins on foot…

Beds weren't comfortable, staff refused to provide more four pillows to the four of us, they said that against the policy which was weired But overall accommodation was pleasant

Breakfast is a great way to start the day. Other school groups can be noisy but management is helpful in responding to that. Group booking is helpful and responsive
