The hotel room was quite spacious for European standards. The breakfast spread was generous, and both check-in and check-out were very convenient.

Pillow and bed are not comfortable at all, because of this, I didn't sleep well at all and my back was hurt! Tried to ask the staff if they have other type of pillow, but they said they only have one type of pillows. If your room is facing the tram track side, good luck. You can hear so much noise in the night and bother your sleep.

Located in the city centre with U station, S station and bus stops nearby. Very convenient for city tour. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is yummy with lots of variety. Definitely a good choice staying at Berlin. Will definitely come back if I visit Berlin again.

I had a fabulous stay for 4 nights and the location is near shopping mall, underground and Christmas market. The hotel has a good reputation by Hilton and you never have wrong decision. In addition, the breakfast is very good and sausages not every day served. I highly recommend.

The room rate was a bit pricey during the exhibition. While the hotel is conveniently located near Alexanderplatz and the Berlin TV Tower, it's still about an 800-meter walk. The breakfast selection was quite limited. However, the front desk staff was quite friendly.

Very nice, modern and conveniently placed hotel with a 10 minute ride into Berlin's city centre on the overground train. There is a parking right outside as well. The room was small but clean and easy to keep tidy with the built-in desk, shelves, and hooks. Surprisingly quiet considering the floor we were on seemed pretty full. Amazing location next to Ostbahnhof with the S-Bahn and all the quick eateries and grocery stores.

We stayed in a family room - but it was tiny - there was hardly room to move! I didn’t expect a suite, but I definitely expected a family sized room - not a double room but with extra beds - especially for the price! Was so small that it had a sliding door to the bathroom to save space, but (by design) it didn’t close properly, so there was a gap all the way round and it didn’t lock - so no privacy...

The location is perfect, just five minutes away from Alexanderplatz and in close proximity to various shopping malls. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and breakfast had many great meal options!

Very small room, no wardrobes, no street view, just an inside patio. they do not respect your choice of one bedding (we selected one big bed, got two instead). No refrigerator or minibar. Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Very nice balkony on the last floor with a city view unfortunately it is open until 22 only. Rooms at a bit small for more than 2 people and water is splashing out of the shower but that’s acceptable since it is cleaned daily.

Pretty standard cheap hotel. There were some great bits of design in the lighting which can be rehung to change the mood. But it's a decent place to get your head down. There's also a drinks fridge and snacks in reception so you can take a cheeky wee beer up to your room.
