If not booked/included it's a top heavy €26 each. It is a buffet style and lovely food though! The location is excellent for most activities. Its approx 30-45 minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate

Wish they could be more generous with refilling the sparkling water daily. Breakfast buffet spread is good too. The hotel is next to Shopping places like Primark and Alexa Mall. Near Alexanderplatz metro station and Tram

But other then them 3 things the hotel was clean, friendly and in a good location

the shower keeps going hot and cold :( very friendly staff :)

The hotel is right above the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The rooms are quite upscale for European standards, and you can even see the Berlin TV Tower from the window

Close to Alexanderplatz trainstation. The hotel has a luggage room to use if arriving or leaving late, for a small charge. We used this on arrival and departure 👍

Stayed again at the Hilton in December. Treated ourselves to a Dome View room with Lounge Access. Just across the road from Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market and about a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz market

The exec lounge has a great selection, breakfast you are spoilt for choice - even the option for DIY bloody Mary’s which I have never seen anywhere else. Stated in room 5085 which had stunning views of the dome

Absolutely brilliant hotel, service and staff are amazing and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and feel. The staff went over and above to make us feel special

Rooms are renovated and very clean. Gym is adequate for a short stay. All the staff are very friendly and helpful

I love everything about this hotel. This is real 5-stars hotel. The services, and the room are very nice. Only one thing I dont like is the hair dryer. If you change the hair dryer, it would be flawless stay.

The bed in this room category was incredibly soft. I suspect it's quite old, as I just sank into it completely, offering absolutely no proper support. I had a terribly uncomfortable night and barely slept at all

The location isn't the most convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. However, if you use a scooter, you can reach the Brandenburg Gate in just 7-8 minutes

The internet speed in the room was very slow and the signal was not good. The shower gel in the room was out and not replaced. The environment was good, the atrium was beautiful, the restaurant downstairs was delicious

the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card

I stayed a night at Crowne Plaza and it was just perfect! Location is great, all shops, coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. All staffs are friendly and super helpful. Easy and quick check in and out

There are much cheaper restaurants or bars in the neighborhood. Conclusion: highly recommended for an overnight stay with a pool+sauna and breakfast. Visiting a bar or restaurant is not recommended

This hotel was a bit limited for a Sheraton. The pool was not operational, the gym was paltry with missing equipment

Right in front of the hotel, there's also a section of the Berlin Wall and the ruins of Hotel Esplanade, which survived the war. From my floor, I had easy access to the gym, sauna, and pool

The sauna is a dry sauna, and the pool is quite nice

To use the pool, you have to take an elevator down from the same floor; there are no lockers on-site, so you need to change in your room beforehand

This hotel is less than 200 meters from Potsdamer Platz, making it very convenient for transportation. It's also only about a 10-minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate

Nothing much to say, it's great, especially the excellent location – right downstairs from the Brandenburg Gate. Breakfast is plentiful, including caviar, and there's a restaurant with a view of the Brandenburg Gate.

This hotel is located in one of the best spots in west Berlin, very near central places and the Zoo Bahnhof but also on a quiet square without traffic and noise

Two small downsides: we felt a slight draft from the balcony window (winter stay), and there was a faint “old” smell in the room. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on food

For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient

The room is very spacious, love the design, and has the heated floor. The breakfast has so many various items. The location is great, nearby the station, comfortable when you are travelling by train

The pool, Spa and Gym were so good. Staff friendly and the receptionists who checked me in and out were friendly, along with all the staff at the hotel and Spa. The cafe on site was an absolute bonus

When I asked to add breakfast, they only said that I could go directly to the restaurant to settle the bill after check-out, 36€ per person. As a result, I ate two meals but was charged for four meals, totaling 344€

After several email negotiations, they agreed to settle the bill according to the restaurant registration and refunded 144€. I don't understand how this bill was calculated

You can walk to anywhere in a few minutes, the subway and bus are 5 minutes away, and the night market is also 5 minutes away

This was the greatest property I've ever stayed at in Europe. The service is absolutely superb. I cannot recall her name, but the young woman who checked us in at the Front Desk truly set the tone for a fantastic stay
