Had a wonderful stay at Estrel Berlin Hotel, the reception staff was super helpful from the first night when I arrived offered a complimentary breakfast as the room was not what I asked for and the next day I was upgraded to a mini suite as I was awaken by the fire alarm in my room. Very pleasant and the breakfast was a good buffet was all you could think of which half the time to eat 4 items but...

Room was just OK, no tea coffee, kettle must deposit 20€. BF just fine.

Amazing hotel verry clean!! And hugeeeee with 3 restaurants insid (make reservation) and a good breakfast.

We ended up here by accident, but we’re so glad we did! The hotel is very clean and comfortable, just a short distance from the airport. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the food is absolutely delicious.

Strategic location. Room size is just nice. Wish they could be more generous with refilling the sparkling water daily. Breakfast buffet spread is good too. The hotel is next to Shopping places like Primark and Alexa Mall. Near Alexanderplatz metro station and Tram.

Shower screw to the bar  was loose so I needed to hold the shower all along . Not comfortable

Good hotel in middle of everything. Very easy checkout and check-in process.. breakfast was average.. good views from the room...rooftop view is great . One thing- wifi is really bad..even for watching small reels or videos

Stayed at park inn for 2 nights. The location cannot get any better. The check-in was smooth. The room were decent sized for 2, but the bathrooms could be better. Its part of the room and would be fine if it is fo one person. The breakfast buffet is average. There are quite a few things on the menu, but nothing that was tasty. The coffee machines were broken and the only option was black coffee...

Great location. Great price. Got a complimentary drink for a birthday which was nice. The room was lovely. The shower was temperamental. Lots of foot fall and very busy with people walking through the hotel entrance, but overall a good stay. The breakfast was okay. Very busy and the staff were hard to get hold of, same experience in the restaurant it took a long time to serve us.

Stayed again at the Hilton in December. Treated ourselves to a Dome View room with Lounge Access. Really like this Hotel. Just across the road from Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market and about a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz market. Perfect location. Not far from Checkpoint Charlie.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location is just perfect. Rooms are renovated and very clean. Breakfast has great variety. Gym is adequate for a short stay. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Hakan at the reception made my stay wonderful, thank you and I will definitely stay here here again.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, service and staff are amazing and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and feel. The staff went over and above to make us feel special. The exec lounge has a great selection, breakfast you are spoilt for choice - even the option for DIY bloody Mary’s which I have never seen anywhere else. The Room table beside the bed was not clean as expexted. can easily to see the staub under the folie 2. on the entrance door has so many sctrach and see finger print of the door bar, the door of the minibar was broken and obviously to see it is not match to the door and how it can happen as in hilton)  3. no free bottle water...

A superb hotel. We've stayed here several times now. Good breakfast, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The sauna area is excellent for relaxing.

Not bad .. but not good either. You get kind of youth hostel vibes. Crowded, not very personal check in at a computer, long corridors, ok-isch food. You feel more than a piece that needs to be processed rather than a valuable guest.

I love everything about this hotel. This is real 5-stars hotel. The services, and the room are very nice. Only one thing I dont like is the hair dryer. If you change the hair dryer, it would be flawless stay.

The hotel is too Scandinavian that it lacks any personality whatsoever. It is very plain and boring. The staff is barely polite. No cash is accepted. Wouldn’t recommend it for staying at such a fabulous city as Berlin.

The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are very new. The service is excellent. The location is at Potsdamer Platz, close to everything, Brandenburg Gate, Congress Building, Philharmonic Hall, Tiergarten are all within a 15-minute walk

Hotel is a little bit off the beaten track in a quiet residential area – everything is walkable though.  Big cleans rooms. Probably more suited to business travellers than tourists here to eat and shop. 

Best hotel choice for attending the Berlin Film Festival! Excellent location and convenient transportation. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff asked if we wanted a shower or a bathtub. And helped to call a taxi, very considerate service, the overall atmosphere is very good, will recommend it to other friends!

The location is quite convenient, and the room is quiet and a good size. The facilities are what you'd expect, considering it's not a new hotel. The shower was a bit tricky to operate. Breakfast was reasonably varied, typical German breakfast. There's a bus stop and a Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance, and Potsdam Plaza is also very close.

I booked this for a client. It's a well-known brand you can rely on, and the hotel facilities are in good condition.

The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. There was a noticeable, slightly musty smell from the carpets in the guest room hallways, but the service was decent. The location isn't the most convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. However, if you use a scooter, you can reach the Brandenburg Gate in just 7-8 minutes.

Well appointed, but a walk to almost anything of use with the no shops and bars nearby. Facilities and service are excellent, and beds were comfortable in well appointed rooms.

The bed in this room category was incredibly soft. I suspect it's quite old, as I just sank into it completely, offering absolutely no proper support. I had a terribly uncomfortable night and barely slept at all. Fabulous hotel with an excellent location. We stayed here for five days in December as a family with two small children. The staff were so friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a wide selection of foods. Room was spotlessly clean. The pool was great too.

Nice hotel, in perfect location, but shower head was a bit rusty. Also Wi-Fi was awful - works 5 min, then doesn’t work 5 min, and these cycles never end, so it is impossible to join teleconference or video call. Staff weren't able to do anything with this problem, proposal to change the number was strange as this behaviour of wi-fi is presented in any part of hotel (lobby, restaurant, ...)

I cannot say a lot about the rooms, I have been in the Maritim proArte for a conference only. But I want to highlight that the food we got in those 2 days was fantastic. A lot of vegetarian options as well. Coffee and a good variety of cake options was served. Vegan milk options were available as well as vegan cakes. Thank you Maritim team!

We were so looking forward to staying in your hotel. The rating is high and the location is excellent. Unfortunately it was such a disappointing stay. There were 2 false alarms on the first 4 days. The first one happened at around 10 pm on our first night 9/1. The second time happened at around 5am morning on 12/1. I had no idea how it could have happened twice in just a few days not to mention it...

Convenient place to stay but nothing too special. Lots of stuff to do downstairs though! Suitable for a big group

The whole process is very easy and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Plenty of suggestions of places to visit and to eat. I especially like that you can leave your bags there even when you’ve checked out for free if you have some time left to explore the city.

Wonderful hotel. The service was top-notch; there was always someone at the front desk ready to assist us. The room was minimalist, featuring a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with all amenities. Both laundry facilities and luggage storage were complimentary. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Alexanderplatz.

The internet speed in the room was very slow and the signal was not good. The shower gel in the room was out and not replaced. The environment was good, the atrium was beautiful, the restaurant downstairs was delicious. The location was great, just opposite the church.

the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card.

I stayed a night at Crowne Plaza and it was just perfect! Location is great, all shops, coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. All staffs are friendly and super helpful. Easy and quick check in and out. Simply had a decent stay.

The breakfast selection was extensive, but the room was too cold. The heater they provided stopped working after a few minutes. I wouldn't recommend staying here in winter.

Three things severely affected my hotel experience. Actually, there were several yellow, sticky substances on the toilet seat. Because I was in a hurry to use the bathroom, I had to wipe them off myself with wet wipes. Then the tissues in the bathroom’s tissue box were a complete mess; all the tissues were placed chaotically, and every time you pull one, a large amount would come out. I don’t know...

It’s far from subway stations. The restaurants, specially breakfast, are good. There are limited option’s, but the food is delicious. The room was good, clean, tidy. This hotel was a bit limited for a Sheraton. The pool was not operational, the gym was paltry with missing equipment. The location was a little too far to comfortably walk from Mitte, although not too far from an entrance to the Tiergarten. Clean and sufficient room, nice large lobby, but seemingly lacking the essentials of a hotel of this calibre.

It's about what you'd expect from a Marriott, but Marriotts abroad aren't as well-equipped as those in China. I had to call down for bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrushes. They only provided one bottle of water for my entire stay, and none for the following days. Great location, convenient for getting anywhere. The front desk staff were all very warm and attentive. The hotel is quiet, so I slept very well 👌. The LIDO supermarket in the Mall of Berlin is very close, and there's also an Asian supermarket nearby.

This hotel is less than 200 meters from Potsdamer Platz, making it very convenient for transportation. It's also only about a 10-minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate. The hotel maintains Marriott's consistent quality; the cleanliness, environment, and service all provide guests with a comfortable experience. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is fantastic! Most major attractions are within walking distance, and the subway station is right outside the door. We even walked to the Berlin Philharmonic for an evening performance, which only took 8 minutes. Five star disappointment. They put us in a room in a back building then blocked our access to our room all week due to various events they had on the first floor. To get to our room we had to go up one set of stairs, walk an entire hallway, then take two more slow elevators. Very inconvenient and not a 5 star experience. I left a message of complaint with the manager and got no response. Very disappointed...

I can only say that everything was excellent, though I didn't take enough photos. The decor is magnificent, the service is attentive, the cleanliness is excellent, and the location near the Brandenburg Gate is just like anything you'd see in a classic European movie.

Had a really satisfying stay! The hotel lobby was just a few minutes walk from the train station, which was great since I didn't have to drag my luggage around for long. The lobby itself was spacious with plenty of tourist guides and spots to relax. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what you'd expect from a standard large chain hotel.

The location is great, just a two or three-minute walk from the train station to the hotel. You can pay extra for early check-in. However, I had booked a twin room as a king room wasn't available at the time. The hygiene was good, and the environment was pleasant too.

First I have to say the hotel facilities all very new, the bathroom, pillows and mattress all good quality. However the worst part is WiFi, although the hotel offers you free WiFi, but it can’t be connected at all, they tried to ask you pay extra €6 per day for upgrade services, it’s so annoying. The location is a bit far from the main attractions, you need take bus every day for another costs.

The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms were all really clean and well maintained, as were all other areas in the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Location is good (Had Döner nearby the first night). The rooms were comfortable. Had a real good night's sleep. The breakfast was superb. It was my first steigenberger hotel. My only negative point is that it may not be value for money for a family/leisure trip.

We recently visited Berlin for the marathon and stayed at the Steigenberger. The hotel was excellent. Great breakfast buffet - and the staff was incredible. The location is great for access to the zoo, Tiergarten and more.

This hotel is located in one of the best spots in west Berlin, very near central places and the Zoo Bahnhof but also on a quiet square without traffic and noise. The room they gave us was spacious and comfortable, clean and nicely equipped with coffee and tea maker. The staff is kind and supportive. Overall a great experience!

It was okay, I guess. I've stayed at this brand before in Europe, and it usually attracts a younger crowd. This time, though, checkout was before 10 AM, which I knew. But the staff member came knocking on my door at 9:11 AM to rush me out to clean the room. It was really annoying, like shooing someone away. Don't customers naturally check out on time? If I go over, you can just charge me accordingly...

Room was nice but the bunk beds were not made. We requested for room service but no service were provided. It is pretty far from train and the bus only comes every 20 minutes, very inconvenience to move around.

If you leave your belongings at the hotel, the hotel will not return them. The receptionist will insist that your belongings are not at the hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Cannot reccomend this hotel enough. This hotel has vintage flair but also new and modern charm. Our room was always meticulously cleaned, restaurant/breakfast was amazing, service staff all around the hotel were fantastic and helpful, flexible check in/out. The local is also very central to many shops, historical monuments, and dining. I would love to return back here.
