Really nice room with the kitchenette. The room was super clean and well stocked. The motel location is absolutely perfect for a visit to Berlin, especially if you are not bringing a car, as it is right off the subway exit. Everything you could possibly need is right next-door. There is a grocery store, and more restaurants than you could possibly visit within an easy walk.

My husband and I have stayed @ this Adina multiple times.Unfortunately this time we had to cancel our stay.However my daughter, son-in-law and 2 almost adult children travelled to Berlin and kept in constant contact and sent us so many positive observations which I have noted above! Well located hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast is not satisfactory. Better and more options (cheese, brownies, croissants) are needed.

It was a bit of a walk from the main station, but the hotel was very clean, spacious, and the service was excellent. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and helped me out a lot. Especially the front desk staff, who could speak Japanese, which made my stay very reassuring. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. I definitely want to stay here again when I come back to Berlin.

a very good experience based on the expectations from a business traveller. As mentionned on the google maps review, I had a very good experience with Yasin at the reception. It costs 11 Euros to take a taxi from Berlin's main train station to the hotel. There are several supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. The location is very good and it's a 1-minute walk to the subway entrance.

I did not understand that I was expected to bring my own toilet paper as I was told by one of the desk employees because it was an apartment. They gave me the wrong number for checking in and I had problem at night nobody at the reception. You should check in during midday when reception is open.

This flat is in a great location in Mitte. Close to all kinds of restaurants, attractions and transportation. The flat was clean, small but worked for 3 of us. The check in process was little bit to be desired, but they made it work for us and we were thankful for that. Overall probably 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Apartment is modern and in great location. Right next to subway station (U-Bahn, U8 line), and tram, and bus. The “deluxe apartment” has two rooms and one bathroom. They put an extra bed, so it can sleep 6 (2 one room, 4 the other). Very active neighborhood. You can hear the cars from the bigger room. Reception is open 9-5pm. Our room which included kitchen facilities and a convertible sofa was very clean and comfortable. Good espresso machine. Large TV. Too bad my command of German is nil as that was it for programming. Great room as I chose the more expensive type in the property. However, the windrow view is a small graveyard which is not ideal for some travellers including myself due to religious belief. Lovely apartments. Small but cosy. TV in both rooms, small kitchen with almost everything you need for a short stay. Shampoo, shower gel, soap and slippers are provided. Location is not that close to the tourist attraction as we thought, a solid 25-mins walk to the nearest. Some cutlery and tableware was missing - for example, only 3 spoons for 4 people, and no proper bowls for soups and cereals

This place is very safe and comfy. Everything nearby. Very clean place. The only thing i want to recommend tge propery is to put some lights outside the building.

Clean and Spacious The apartment was well stocked. It was also spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. Great stay! Amazing staff, clean room, great location. Wifi was not reliable, but that is not staffs problem. The front desk is only open till 17:00 (5pm) so if you don’t have internet connection it is difficult to check in and provide deposit, had to make security deposit in cash (which was returned upon check out) Very much recommend this location as it is walking distance to everything.

It was a little misleading that the listing says there is laundry facility on site. In fact what it means is they can help you arrange laundry service with a 1-day turnaround. I was expecting that they have a room where you can do laundry on your own. Other than that, I had a nice stay at this apartment.

Overall, the apartment was spacious and clean. The only issues are a weird patch on the roof of the bedroom that was supposedly due to a water leak where you can sometimes hear water dripping noises from, and the heat gets quite overwhelming if you get a top-floor apartment like I did.

It was mid.. the good things about it was that it was easy to find the hotel, it had a lovely garden in front of the building, it seems like a very safe neighborhood with 0 noise. I have stayed with a couple of friends for a weekend. It has all you will need for a short stay, but if you require a fridge you need to ask on the reception for it to be turned on. It's not a fancy place but it is clean and has a great location.

Good hotel in a great location, close to good restaurant's, the subway and other transit routes, Stayed here twice as its close to where my family live. Staff on reception are always smart, professional and polite. Hotel Zarenhof have another hotel on Schonhauser Allee in the Prenzlauer Berg area, again its excellent. Look forward to my next trip.
