Regarding the associated restaurant: We arrived Friday evening and were hungry. The menu stated the restaurant was open until 8:30 p.m. Unfortunately, we were turned away. Today, Saturday. We arrived at the hotel at 7:15 p.m. and wanted to have dinner, but the chef sent us away again, saying that he had a full house and we could have Bolognese, which he still had left over. Service like that is unacceptable...

Overnight stay Service wasn't that great. We were told the restaurant would be fully booked for dinner at 5:00 PM, even though I saw almost no one there. The staff member's advice: There's a supermarket 100 meters away, and we could go to the bakery there. Then the light in the room didn't work, and the TV didn't work properly either. Hence only three stars.

The exterior is unsightly and not very inviting as a hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are okay, but clearly showing their age. It's best not to look too closely. Breakfast is okay.

The place far away from the city, it is difficult to access restaurants and entertainment places like clubs, cinema etc

It was OK for the night, but I definitely wouldn't book it again. A very old but decent hotel. One power socket in the room right next to the door. But the room was very spacious.

A nice hotel located in the centre of Brandenburg city. The front facing rooms have a very nice view, overlooking the church. WiFi works fine and the room is a bit old architecture, however clean and spacious. I had issues with the air conditioning which stopped working at 2 AM. That was unpleasant. Breakfast and restaurant is amazing! Nice warm food choices for breakfast, along with some fresh fruits...

A hotel in a quiet region of brandenburg. Breakfast was a buffet with many yogurt types,bread,different types of spreads,eggs and bacon.There is also a small gym,which was a nice surprise. Our visit was a nice experience and we want to come again.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the Old Town of Brandenburg, in a quiet neughbourhood. After taking dinner in the hotel, we went for a pleasant stroll to the river and back. To be recommended!

Clean room and bathroom. Air-conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was very good. Shower occasionally went hot and cold and we had to run a lot of water to get it hot. Good position in the old town. We ate in the restaurant and this was very tasty with good vegetarian options. Putting the wifi password in the room would have been helpful.

We had a double room for two people. The room was very clean and well-maintained, as was the bathroom. There was a TV and Wi-Fi in the room. The manager was very friendly and everything went smoothly. Very good for a weekend stay.

A wonderful stay in summer 2020. The family accommodation is clean and ideal for a larger family. Thanks to the large inner courtyard and the large garden, the little ones are safe from the traffic while playing. Mr. Peetz constantly tries to be able to spend a relaxing stay. With pleasure again.

What an awesome place to stay! The accommodation is very good, the staff are very friendly and and the dining experience was second to none! We are only here for a night en route to Poland and this has proved to be the perfect place to wind down after a 600 mile trip this morning. I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough and wholeheartedly recommend this place!

I love the property, everything was excellent

So the price for a one-night apartment with breakfast isn't justified, and then there are parking fees. The breakfast isn't really varied either; there's no fruit salad, no natural yogurt, and the service... tables are cleared slowly.

The hotel is designed in a colonial style. Its location is surrounded by beautiful nature. The dining room is a bit too small and therefore too noisy and crowded. The food is good, but not great. The fitness room is nice, but the equipment is rather lacking in quality. The sauna is okay, but a bit small, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are quite decent. The shared duvet isn't our thing.

It would be excellent if tenants could have a kettle for boiling water in the hotel rooms, to boil water in the cold winter, for drinking coffee or tea packages to warm up ourselves in the cold harsh winter, when all restaurants are closed at night. Also a washing machine facility to wash our clothes.

The parking lot has very limited parking spots with a charge of 8 euros per night . The room is big for its price , comfy and clean  . Free sparkling water bottle in room . The elevator was broken when we stayed there . Had to carry suitcases via stairs up and down .

The rooms are about the same size, but there are too many beds, which take up a lot of space. There is no kettle in the room. To boil water, you have to go to the front desk to borrow water instead of the kettle, which they don't lend. The breakfast was not as rich as described online.

The room was clean, spacious, and excellent. While the breakfast selection was limited, everything was delicious, which was very important. Booking a room through Ctrip was actually much more convenient than other international booking apps, especially check-out, which was completed online without any waiting or queuing.

We stayed there for one night, practically passing through, we liked it a lot, there was nothing to complain about at the hotel so far, everything was good, breakfast was also more than good, the location is almost perfect, right on the lake and many things can be reached within a radius of about 30 kilometers, I could imagine booking this hotel again for 4-5 days with bikes.

We booked the hotel for our wedding night for 2 nights. We wanted to use a sauna and I was wearing a Hijab swimming costume. I was told that we are not allowed to wear clothes or swimming costumes in the sauna.. Only Bikini or naked. Me and my husband were really shocked and turned back to our rooms. This was really degrading and unpleasant.

It is an interesting location when you plan to visit Potsdam. Unfortunately the quick connection ti city center of Potsdam via water taxi is not running anymore. So you need to be prepared to cycle or to take your car to get of this little island. The Interieur and set up of this hotel is a little bit out dated and serves its purpose.

Everything was good but, for some reason, they took my toothbrush and toothpaste. After inquiring, they returned my toothbrush but kept my (medicated) toothpaste. Whatever.

The best place with very friendly staff. Absolutely well maintained rooms. There are even smoking rooms on request. Also worth mentioning is the rich breakfast buffet, where every guest will be happy! We will be happy to come back.

The pension is a very cheap and centrally located accommodation. The family apartment even exceeded our expectations. There is a lot of space and everything is clean and tidy. We particularly liked the surroundings. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops within a few minutes' walk. We would come back any time!

The staff very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for two people. Since the house is an old building, it is extremely noisy. You can hear every person in the hallway as if they were standing in the room.

Just one criticism, which may only apply to certain rooms. There was very little privacy with regard to the bathroom, just clear glass between you and the rest of the room. This was certainly an issue for my teenage children. The toilet could do with a wooden door, again to provide some level of privacy.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, walking distance to almost everything. Decent room nothing too special but clean and comfortable. The 2 gentlemen at reception were very nice and helpful (don’t remember the names but the one I believe was Coskun?). Should add that there was no mini fridge in my room which was a surprise.

We stayed only for a night, but service was very good and friendly. Rooms super clean with a good view, no noise at night in the backyard rooms. Price was also good and breakfast included and a good amount of choices. All in all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely book this again when in Potsdam.
