Firstly, the noise from the tram, which runs every 10 minutes, was extremely disruptive. This significantly contributed to the lack of a relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the general decor of the guesthouse was unpleasant. The walls were badly damaged and had many unsightly marks.
Another point of criticism concerns the bathroom facilities. There were black stains and limescale deposits in the shower, raising hygiene concerns. The soap dispenser was badly worn and gave an unprofessional impression.
In addition, the refrigerator caused considerable noise, which made the stay even more unpleasant. The technical equipment also left much to be desired; both the television and the internet did not work properly.
Overall, the guesthouse is not worth the price of 80 euros per night and does not meet the expected standard. It would be advisable either to invest in renovations or to adjust prices accordingly.

Parking very expensive in front of the door.
Not suitable for older people, apartment is on the top floor.
We particularly liked the surroundings. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops within a few minutes' walk.

Since the house is an old building, it is extremely noisy. You can hear every person in the hallway as if they were standing in the room.
