The hotel is reasonably comfortable and well located. I had two objections which would prevent me from returning there.

1. No coffee in the room
I travel quite extensively and it is the first time in a long time that there is no coffee at all in the room. I was told coffee is only available in the superior rooms . I said I have booked a superior room. They said: yes, you have a superior room but that is our lowest type of room. We have coffee in our standard rooms. 🤔

2. What they call Superior rooms are in fact their basic rooms. I have never seen a more blatant price mislading maneuver. Frankly, I believe it's dishonest. Travelers book "Superior" rooms and pay a higher price, thinking they will have us a better room, when in fact they have the basic room.

So, here is a hotel that do not offer coffee, while most hotels in the world do. And they entice travelers to buy superior rooms and deliver to them basic rooms.

Great location with all the main sights within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s restaurant recommendation—Lodovico was excellent.

There were a few disappointments, though. We didn’t receive the welcome drink that was promised with our online reservation, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, constantly disconnecting. At check-out, there was also a payment mix-up, and I was mistakenly charged a second time.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent location, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve.

The staffs are friendly specifically Jhoscolyn and Pntje . I appreciate them for early check-in. The location is also great , there are few bus stops just few steps away from the hotel that you be able to access to everywhere. The breakfast was really tasty with many choices.

A lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Such a good location- we could walk to the Sanssouci Park, restaurants, the Dutch Quarter and and the film museum.

I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip (4 days) and enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-designed, and offered a nice breakfast. I also appreciated their unique ‘surprise’ policy for encouraging efficient room cleaning—thanks to it, I won a complimentary glass of beer!
