Charming Stay at a Quaint German Gem
Nestled in Bad Soden, the modest yet delightful Thermen Hotel offers a serene retreat for travelers seeking simplistic charm at a reasonable price.
Location: Bad Soden is a short distance from Frankfort airport and cost my sister about 57 Euros to travel to the hotel. Downtown is in walking distance and several restaurants. We also like the attached restaurant.
Accommodation: My room exuded a cozy ambiance with its tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The room provided a peaceful haven after a day of sightseeing. Cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay. There is no AC so the very hot nights were a bit toasty. One can ask just for a sheet to cover up with instead of the quilt.
Hospitality: We received a warm welcome at check-in to their helpful recommendations for dining and local attractions.
Amenities: While not luxurious, the hotel offered all essential amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast, served in a cozy dining area that featured a selection of freshly baked bread, local cheeses, meats, eggs, fresh fruit and preserves—a delightful start to each morning.
Overall Experience: Whether you're exploring the nearby historic sites or simply unwinding in the tranquility of the town, this hotel offers a memorable stay that feels like a home away from home.

We go often there and really like the place.
We usually take the family room/apartment with 2 toilets, breakfast is very good, and you can walk to the center in 5 minutes.

Had a rocky start and 1st impression was not great with the hotel, but once the minor issues were taken care of the stay was great. Hotel staff are friendly and prompt. The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was amazing!
