Very nice hotel with hospitable receptionist. The transport is impressive and close to Frankfurt Messe. The single room is warm even it is at the end of October of cold weather. My favorite part is the shower head of warm water coming out so quickly and it is clean everyday with nice cleaning services.

There is a supermarket nearby and the tram is also nearby. So, it's a little far from the station but I don't mind. However, it is for experienced travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. We stayed in a triple room, which was very spacious, comfortable, and excellently equipped. The refrigerator and kettle were a huge plus. There was also free coffee, pastries, and delicious croissants – a lovely touch! The gentleman at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was overall very clean and quiet. The transport links were also convenient. Excellent value for money – highly recommended!

Family hotels, prices go up during exhibitions! This time, the boiler broke down in the middle of the night, leaving no hot water. Bad review!

Enjoyed our stay here during the Euros. One night it was perfect location not too far the centre. Close to public transport and some shops and restaurants. The man working at the hotel was very helpful and allowed us to check in early.

The room is small and has complete facilities, but it does not come with toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The surrounding environment is nice, quiet and clean, the service is good, and it is convenient for travel. There is no breakfast but it is warmly equipped with coffee, tea and bread.
