Stayed here for 6 months with my family. Everything is perfect from our perspective.

Loving every day stayed in this lovely hotel.

Excellent rates if you can discuss for long term and very friendly and helpful staff.

Cleaning daily unless you put the “do not disturb sign” on your door.

It’s a bit of a walk ( it’s good for exercise) 10 mins to the public transportation and 10 mins to Frankfurt by train if you know the schedule. If you are driving the Carpark is free and so many spaces outdoor and undercover.

So many big supermarkets just around the area and quiet neighbours too.

You can use washing machine for 15€ each load wash and dry they will do it for you.

The hotel is a historic old train station building and that’s the beauty and charm of it.

Besides do not put your expectations too high.

The internet is super fast and reliable.

I love the spacious room. The balcony is big enough that I create my little garden with heating and Air-conditioning, kitchen is a plus with kettle, pots, utensils plates, refrigerator but no toaster and no microwave and no rice cooker I just bought it as I need to make daily family meals.

I highly recommend for long stayers, business and families.

Not so perfect as my toilet always broken my in house telephone not working.

Spacious rooms, clean, complimentary mineral water, tea, coffee, basic cooking utensils, fridge.
Short walk to the train station, from which a train departs to Frankfurt every hour. Great for visiting any event in Frankfurt.

The room is big, the bed is comfortable, it has heating, it has a balcony, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place needs to be refurbished, the towels were missing, which were delivered without being packed (hygiene issue) and the toilet was dirty (photo), in the kitchen there were loose wires in the closet, and the only possible light was from the extractor fan. Breakfast was complete and good enough.

Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. However, in other ways Turmhotel left something to be desired. The main thing was their strange policy on room cleaning. We stayed there for four weeks, but not once was our room cleaned. We had to clean the room ourselves. They gave us one change of sheets and towels, but that was only because of the very helpful staff.

They announced proudly that rooms are cleaned only when guests leave, but how does that help guests who are staying there?

There is an expensive laundry, but no clothes-washing facilities for guests. They have a washing machine but it's broken and might tear the guests' clothes. A self-catering hotel should do better than this.

Finally, the cooking facilities are minimal. There should be a microwave oven in the room.

Very nice hotel. Warm and friendly welcome at the reception, large and comfortable rooms, continental breakfast with wide choice of foods. The only negative aspect is the position of the hotel, in an area of Dreieich were there is almost nothing. To reach the old town you have to walk about 15/20 minutes, or take the car. But this can be also a positive aspect, as there is no noise at all during the night!
