This hotel is great and most important to mention is that everything was spotlessly clean.
The rooms are incredibly spacious and perfectly equipped. I highly appreciated the dedicated workspace and the large flat-screen TV.

It is also great to know that they offer fully accessible rooms. It is also very pet-friendly, though there is an extra nightly fee for pets. Parking in the secure underground garage costs €14 per night (July 2026), which is very convenient.

Breakfast is available at €21 per person (July 2026), which in my opinion is a bit pricey.
One important note for travelers: even though the hotel has "Airport" in its name, it is not located directly at the airport terminal. It is actually about 15 km away, but still easily accessible.

We checked in during a tennis tournament, so they were pretty inundated. However, checking in and checking out took over 45 minutes.

Also, I booked a suite for my family and I but, they initially gave us a regular room. They fixed it and finally gave us a suite but not sure why it wasn’t given to us initially.

And the heat was on in the room even though we turned it off; mind you, it was May so it’s getting warm here in Germany.

My stay took place from 26 March to 29 March 2026 (Room 312).

From the very first moment of arrival, it becomes immediately evident that true guest experience begins at the front office.

Rebecca sets an exceptional standard—one that is both rare and genuinely impactful. Her professionalism, and intuitive understanding of guest needs elevate the entire experience to another level. She does not manage the front office; she defines it.

Even an average hotel can feel outstanding when the front office delivers excellence.

Excellent location near the airport, petrol station and multiple restaurants. The staff are amazing, friendly and warm. The sauna was defective last time I visited them.

Bit of an odd one. Not a usual HI.
I had a room upgrade, and it was very good, but right outside was a hand car wash place . Noise until around midnight.
The restaurant was not open in the evening. Bar area is very small.
I had an excellent red wine on my drink voucher.
Parking available under the hotel at €14 a day.
The airport is about 20 mins away, no shuttle.
Nearest restaurant is a good 15 minute walk.
I didn’t try breakfast.

This is a great hotel, tucked out of the way and has good access to the highway, airport, and Stadium (via car). The director and her staff are top notch, very friendly and always looking to help make your stay great!

I stayed in this hotel for 11 days. The booking was flawless, the location is excellent and all the services I experienced were top quality. The staff was very kind and competent. The room was large and sunny. I recommend the hotel full hearted.
