A black carpet doesn't look good; it feels rather oppressive. However, it makes parking more convenient.

Its a super cool hotel and the location is good . Only downside is that you have to pay for hotel parking which is insane imo

Recently renovated, it’s comfortable and conveniently located in the center of Neu Isenburg and nearby the airport. My room was spacious. The bed is comfortable and this is essential for a good rest. I’m rating four stars and not five because I share other guests perspectives that the room must be equipped with a coffee machine or a kettle at least! I am a ALL member and I appreciate the free drink. Cleanliness can improve, yet is OK

Very nice location near to airport main Frankfurt and near Frankfurt also near shopping 🛍️ mall only 100 meter

Nice rooms and overal hotel facilities. Liked good parking with a lot of places. Breakfast was OK, but I remember times when it was much better.

I recently stayed at Mercure Neu-Isenburg, which boasts a fantastic location. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax. The underground parking was also very convenient, adding to the overall ease of my stay. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness, as the room had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. Additionally, the breakfast options looked very poor, so I chose to eat at nearby coffee shop instead. With better housekeeping and an improved breakfast offering, this hotel could be a much better experience.

The staff was spectacular! Room and hotel were very clean. Nice and quiet. Conveniently located to everything that I needed. Wide variety on the breakfast bar to choose from for all tastes.

Aircon not working so had to leave window open as it was way too hot. 6am the construction plant directly outside springs to life. Heavy machinery clattering. It's a lose lose situation.
Terrible pillows, bad towels.
The food in the restaurant was great. The staff were all great, but I just cannot recommend it for a decent night sleep.
