We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the view from our room was amazing.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special as we were celebrating my birthday.
Thank you to the team for the kind gesture and great service – we really appreciated it and would happily come back!

We stayed at this hotel about a week ago and everything seemed fine at first. Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel’s service and communication completely ruined the overall impression.
Unfortunately, we forgot a car part in the hotel parking area. We immediately contacted the reception and kindly asked if they could check and possibly send it to us by post (we were ready to cover the shipping costs and offer a reward).
First of all, it was extremely difficult to communicate because the staff member’s English was very poor. Eventually we were told to send a request to the hotel’s email. I did exactly that — and never received any reply. We also tried calling, but again no one was willing or able to help.
For a hotel that claims to provide good service, this level of indifference and lack of basic customer support is very disappointing. Such an attitude towards guests completely ruins the experience

Spacious rooms with a balcony and great views of the town lit up at night. Very comfy pillows.
There is a bus stop opposite the hotel but we walked to the underground trains through a pleasant residential area which only took about 15 minutes. From the train there was easy access to both the old and the new town.
I would be very happy to stay at the hotel again.

Extremely good for staying with your partner. So cozy and beautiful. I have one complain though. The heater wasn’t enough and my room was very cold. Other than that this hotel is amazing the rooms are sooo huge and beautiful. I stayed with my boyfriend it felt like home for us. The balcony is a huge plus as well. And the location is very very good. The bus station is right in front and you can be in the center in less than 10 minutes.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us. Upon arrival, before the official check in time, I was beyond impressed with the very kind, helpful, and welcoming Ukrainian woman at the front desk. I knew it might not be possible to check in three hours early, but she went above and beyond to find us a room that would accommodate. We were put in a room on the 13th floor with a city view and the room was GREAT. They have a sauna, which we didn’t have time to explore, as well as a nice sports bar downstairs. I wish that the room did have a phone to contact the front desk. They had some kind of an iPad, but it didn’t allow us to contact the front desk, so you had to go yourself. Overall, it was a nice night but really the best part was the incredible young Ukrainian woman (who even remembered me at checkout)!! I hope that Leonardo hotels will give her a bonus because she made this stay significantly better than other Leonardo hotels I have been to.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and the view from my veranda was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend it

Lifts are poor and waiting times long at peak times such as Breakfast. Food choices are very limited in the bar and restaurant
Service extremely poor in the bar area but one lady apologised and did her best but 30 minutes waiting time for drinks is not good enough.
