Except for the mice and mold in the rooms. And also the bathroom is always dirty. So no matter how cheap it is. But service is zero here . Would recommend it to no one .

After arrival it turned out that the receptionist had put my reservation on the wrong day, although booking is electronically run and the correct date in my reservation confirmation.
Result: No more rooms at the Hotel Little Paris. It was rebooked by the Hotel without prior notification to the Hotel Luxor, which was really bad! At least the Taxi were taken-cost...

As a Global Services member and traveling this year with so many delays due to staff or connections, I have been patient as I am delayed to wait for delayed connecting passengers. Today Lufthansa was late from Warsaw and we were remote gated at FRA for a United flight connection with several on our LH flight connecting to the SFO flight. Frankfurt passport control was even more dismal than normal with manual passport control so we all were getting to the gate at least 15 mins late. Which the flight had posted being 15 mins late on the app so we expected to be boarded. They knew we were on our way. Tight? That’s what I thought as I experienced many delayed flights for connecting passengers. The staff would not allow boarding as they closed the door. Aircraft was still there. I want to state how hypocritical this is when I have waited to be kind to grab late connecting passengers. Why do they not allow all to be connection within reason and not subjective? I feel violated as a high paying business class traveler and member of Global Services. No Global Services at FRA and even on a call with GS, they had no way to contact the airport UAL ops. Really? How do you operate with no communications? With such horrible operations at FRA not only for LH but also for all UAL flights with stairs required to board and deplane all flights, this just tops the event today 27 Sept 2024 UAL for flt 59. If they had real 20th century passenger convenient operations at FRA, they would have passengers arrive for connecting flights on time. I can grab a hotel but many are without means to take care of themselves as UAL said go to LH for help. Really?!
