Staff are Okay
b&b and hotels.com systems did not work together. We spent 1 hour trying to get in and get in contact with b&b /hotels but did not succeed. We ended up having to book a new room - the first room has never been refunded and we ended up paying double price.
We specifically chose the B&B due to the possibility of late check in and the affordable price. However when the system fails it is a really poor choice.
It would have had a better rating, if it didn't have the cigarette smell.
Not enough food at breakfast, ran out of items daily and didn't replace anything.
No kettle in rooms
