Perfect location for the airport and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable as well.

Great location very close to airport and Deutsche Bank Park. Clean and cozy rooms, perfectly working shower (which is a weak spot for many other hotels). Good breakfast - everything was very fresh and tasty. Friendly staff!
What needs to be considered is that many rooms face the inner yard where the back door of a restaurant is located. That can be a bit noisy during the day. During the night, everything was quiet.
I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this hotel 👍

I have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed my stay. It’s a well appointed hotel in a good location. The staff are generally friendly (the night porter is lovely!). The reason for only 4 stars was my experience at check out. I expected to just hand over my key but was told by the lady on reception that I owed nearly 500 euros. I told her I had already paid and she replied very tersely "no you haven't”. I explained again that I had paid ******* when I booked. She spent a few minutes clicking away at her computer and then said "oh yes, you have paid" She could have done that before telling me I hadn’t paid. My 4th stay here. Really nice rooms, very clean. The gentleman who is the night porter is very friendly and helpful. The only downside to my stay was at check out. I was extremely disappointed by the racist attitude of the gentleman working at the night reception. Both my wife and I were so disturbed that we couldn’t sleep the entire night.

The very first thing he said to me was, “You haven’t paid yet, please make the payment.” I replied that I had already paid, but he insisted—multiple times—that I hadn’t. Why would I lie? I have plenty of proof: tons of emails, bank statements, and so on.

Then, while I was filling out the form, I politely let another customer go ahead of me. When I returned, he suddenly started speaking in German. I said, “Sir, we were just speaking in English, please continue in English.” He said, “Oh, sorry,” and switched back for a moment—but then immediately asked, “How long have you been here? Why haven’t you learned German yet?” in a rude mood.

Who do you think you are to question me like that? What gives you the right?

I told him exactly what I thought that night: I am an engineer in a highly international field. I’ve been here for a year and a half. Of course, I’m learning the language to integrate better, but I don’t owe him any explanations!

I want to say this to all the tourists, businesspeople, and residents from around the world who visit Frankfurt: don’t give racists like this man a platform. Avoid supporting businesses that tolerate this kind of behavior whenever possible.

Yes, I am a Turk and a Muslim. But I came to Germany to be part of the system and contribute positively to it. What may seem like a small incident to some has caused deep emotional harm to us.

We were set to arrive after the reception had closed so they gave us a code to get into the building and told us where the keys were. The rooms were clean and functional, we were only there for a few hours between flights but it was comfy and clean enough to get a few hours sleep.
