The duty manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I complained about the poor service and the dirty room, instead of apologizing or trying to solve the issue, he told me, “Don’t book with us anymore.” This is unacceptable behavior for someone working in hospitality.
The room was not properly cleaned for three days — only the towels were changed. The floor, bathroom, and surfaces were dirty, which you can clearly see in the photos. This shows a complete lack of hygiene and professionalism.
Unfortunately, the female staff members were also unfriendly and showed no respect to guests, even though we are paying customers.
Overall, very poor service, bad attitude, and no care for cleanliness or customer satisfaction. I regret staying here and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.hotel Kalee park inn Wiesbaden when i show him the photos than there is no WiFi he said this my problem the *****
The room was basic; vinyl flooring was simply laid over the carpet and around the bed. Breakfast was perfect.
For the price, everything was fine.
But the rooms are quite oldish and small. And the breakfast was so less to choose.

Unfortunately the room heating could not be regulated, advertising spotlights shone on the wall of the house and half of the room all night, what a waste of energy! Not being able to get a drink in the evening, even though the bar is only 5 steps away from reception, what a pity!
