Hotel is located in a good location about 6min walk from Frankfurt main station and there is tram stop right in front of hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the fridge is well stocked with free beer, water and soft drinks which is restock daily. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff, good location with reasonable rates and will recommend it.

The location is close to Frankfurt Central Station and many attractions. The elevator is cramped, and there was no hot water for showers on the last day. The front desk said the maintenance worker had gone off duty, but they could change our room. Too much trouble, I took a cold shower instead.

The free minibar has three bottles of beer, so you can enjoy a pleasant evening drink. Breakfast was delicious, with a choice of cooking methods, delicious coffee, and a wide selection of breads. The front desk staff were also very friendly, making for a comfortable stay. And best of all, it's conveniently located.

The facilities were clean, and the location was great, right in front of the central station. The minibar stocked with drinks and beer made the experience even better.

I've stayed at several hotels, but this one had the best breakfast, and I'd definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly, and the location was just five minutes from Frankfurt Central Station, making it convenient for carrying heavy luggage. However, the room I stayed in was a little dark, and some areas were not properly cleaned, so my nose started to itch due to allergies. If they could improve that, I'd give it a perfect score.

The location is excellent, close to the train and bus stations, and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The double room is a good size, the breakfast is delicious, and the complimentary minibar with unlimited soft drinks and beer is a particular highlight.

Excellent place of value. Transport available nearby. Easy walking from main train station. Restaurants of all types around.

Very easy to access from Frankfurt Central Station. The in-room facilities are on par with Japanese business hotels, so there are no major issues. As is common in Europe, there is a frosted glass door between the toilet and the bedroom, which can be seen through the gap, which may be a concern for some people. Drinks in the fridge were included in the stay. Breakfast was also of sufficient quality. The service of making omelets and scrambled eggs was also good. However, I was disappointed that although I was able to connect to WiFi near the front desk, I couldn't connect to it in my room for some reason (though it may have been an issue with my device).

The room is small but clean and tidy. It has everything you need, even air conditioning and an electric kettle. I am satisfied
