Everything went wrong from the dirty pee stain toilet in the room when I checked in to the staff indifference when I complained about it!
during breakfast I waited 30 minutes for the coffee I ordered when in the end I went inside their kitchen to prepare it myself. the food I ordered didn't arrive even after 40 minutes if wait. during this time I saw the Chef eating breakfast in the dinning room and sitting with other people while all the guests are waiting for food!
After I complained again to the guests relation manager they offer me drink coupon in the bar - on the same day I used it in the bar and they still charged me for the drink not only that the waiter tried to charge me for two drinks instead of one!
This is the worst experience I ever had in a Marriot hotel chain and I use their hotel five times or more per year around the world.
From experience there are much better alternatives in Frankfurt and that's where I will go next year.
