Hotel Ambiente Langenhagen Hannover by Tulip Inn in Hannover

Woke up, went for a smoke, meanwhile checked everything in room recarding past experiences. Returning back to my room i noticed 20euro bill missing from my nightstand. Its not about the money, but allso its not really ethic.

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights in August 2024. The first 2 nights were also a large group of teenagers staying at this hotel, which resulted in a lot of noise during the 2 nights, almost all night, both inside and outside the facility. The second night we called the reception to complain and they said that they couldn't do anything because the teenagers were gathering outside the hotel. They were playing loud music just under the windows of the hotel... So we said that we would call the police instead but all of a sudden the music and the noise stopped. The personnel at the reception must have said something in fear of a police visit, I don't know, but finally we could sleep! The third night the teenagers had checked-out so it was peaceful.
Apart from that, our double bedroom was ok, maybe the bathroom was a little old and dirty in the shower but overall we were satisfied. There was also a boiler in the room so we could drink coffee and tea when we wanted.
At the check-out we had to pay for the parking but there was a problem with the payment system, so we got free parking for 3 nights :)
I liked the location of this hotel, it is only a few meters from the mall City Center Langenhagen where one can eat breakfast, lunch, go for shopping in several shops and at the supermarket. The hotel is also near the motorway so we could reach other cities quickly avoiding city traffic. (Traffic was like crazy on the motorway but this is another story).

Guest service needs to wake up and practice customer service - to service the guest, not their own interest. Called front desk 3 times, finally responded after 10 minutes.

When we got here they sent us to a different hotel / housing down the road and when we asked the lady working the reception for directions she didn’t even know where the room was but the rooms are overall nice

Great location, very basic but not very clean. Reception was nice!
