Nice building, unusual management logic.
I accidentally booked two rooms instead of one and contacted support immediately. After days of calls, the hotel manager explained that the reservation “cannot be reinstated” once cancelled — but still kept the full charge.
Interesting how the manager follows policy only when it benefits the hotel. Guest support seems optional, payment is not.
If management showed half the effort for guests as they do for charging, this would be a great place.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel in Hanover and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were unfriendly, rude, and completely unprofessional. There was no welcome, no courtesy, and no willingness to help — just an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience.

We specifically booked a room with a queen bed, which was clearly shown in the booking images. However, when we entered the room, we found two single beds instead. When I raised this issue with reception, the response was shocking. We were told that the images on the website are old and belong to the previous owner, and that this had “nothing to do with them.” There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no sense of responsibility whatsoever.

Instead, we were bluntly told that nothing could be done and that if we didn’t like it, we could “change the hotel.” This level of rudeness and lack of customer care is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

Misleading advertising, dismissive staff, and zero accountability. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.
