The front desk service at this hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making guests feel truly welcome.

However, my friend had an unfortunate experience during his stay—some cash went missing from his room while he was out, and he suspects it may have been taken by the housekeeping staff(???)

I hope the hotel can improve its management to ensure better security during room cleaning. I also advise future guests to be extra cautious with their valuables—make sure to lock up your belongings or carry them with you when leaving the room.

If not for this issue, this would have been a great place to stay. However, due to this experience, I can only give this rating. I sincerely hope the hotel takes steps to improve.

Double bed room as solo traveler was very comfortable. Location is superb. Parking places available in and around. Very quiet and can smoke on balcon. Reception workers very nice and helpful. For the price totally worth it

The single room is small, suitable for solo travelers; don't expect too much, it's sufficient for basic rest and washing. The soundproofing isn't great, but thankfully everyone is generally quiet at night. There's no telephone or toiletries in the room. There's a single bed and one pillow.

The room was clean, but no phone for reception made things tricky. No water, toothpaste, or kettle was a bummer. The pillows weren't great. Reception closed at 10, but you could use your room card. The hand wash and body wash containers were a hassle—hard to push! Breakfast was basic, not much variety.

This hotel is about 10 mins walk from Hannover Central Station. Its directly opposites an Indian restaurant and there are several small mini markets around the hotel. However, there are no larger super markets in the zone. There is Subway Sandwich bar is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. For the price, this hotel is good value of money. My room was located of level 3 of this hotel, and there was nice outlook with trees and historical homes in the nearby streets. Internet was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very clean hotel, the receptionist is very nice, there are many cool places in the area, it is close to the city and you are in a good area.
The hotel also has an elevator & the rooms are the burner, the beds are SUPER SOFT & you can sleep well on them. The only negative, I find the air conditioning, because it is totally loud when switched off. But you get used to it, very great experience

Parking on the street. But everything is good, breakfast is delicious, if you have patience for waiting in queue on weekends
