Great flight! The flight attendants, Anne and Elen in business class were fantastic.Flight was on time which is great since I had a close connection.

I am currently staying at the Hotel NH Hannover and I had to stop and write what an amazing hotel this is. You will not be dissapointed staying here. Yes, the location is amazing with a quick walk to central station and numerous restaurants; however, it is the staff that make this place so incredible. They are truly so accommodating and pleasant when dealing with customers. We asked if our room could be cleaned on one of their busiest days and they made it happen! The rooms are spacious and so well kept. I would stay here 100 times over. If you come to Hannover, do not miss out staying at this hotel.

Come for the stay, return for the staff! Every time I go to Hanover on business, I make sure to stay here and nowhere else. Prices are more than reasonable, rooms are perfect and offer anything you would need. But the best of all are the beautiful people who work here. They will take their time to answer any questions, they’re very patient and laid-back and simply cool. Super kind people. I will keep coming back for the magnificent Rudy ❤️ who has the most amazing tips – be sure to follow up on any of his wine recommendations!

This is the first time that such an incident happened and we are frequent travelers
Me and my husband where in Hannover for one night to go to do some check ups in the hospital,
In the morning before going to the hospital we wanted to have breakfast,the receptionist said this is our restaurant on the left ,
And would you like to keep your bag with me in the reception,
And thinking that it was normal ,
Any respected responsible hotel ,
That is done casually,
We stayed half an hour,
Upon leaving we asked for a taxi and our luggage
The receptionist said I can’t find it
The police came saw the cameras
A man was waiting outside the hotel
With his phone
Came in got our bag and left while we were in the restaurant.

A big shout out to Rudy. He understands what hospitality is. He knows how to make a guest feel welcome. It's not just the hotel, the location or the fact that it was really spotless. Rudy made the whole experience more than fantastic.

This was my second time staying at the hotel, and once again, it was an absolute pleasure. From the generous and delicious breakfast to the warm, welcoming hospitality of the staff, every detail contributed to a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a business trip. A special thanks to Tobit, Rudy, and Kaan, who were consistently professional, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. Their excellent service greatly enhanced the overall quality of my stay. I look forward to returning again soon.

Exceptional staff. especially mr Rudy and mr Abdulwahid. will definitely revisit. great location, 10-15 mins away from the center. nice rooms (no carpet which is always a plus) and the windows open too which was nice. the hospitality made our experience great.

We stayed in Hannover for a long weekend and were very pleased with the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the staff (especially at reception) were very friendly and the rooms were well equipped. We would be happy to return at any time.
