- the booked family room was not available, they provided a smaller room so it was a limited in the room

Really good hotel, conveniently located (near the City Hall) and with a nice breakfast buffet and a little gym and sauna room.

However, I wish I could have used the sauna in the morning (Service: 4/5) and also I don’t understand why duvets don’t cover the feet. It’s very annoying because the cold gets in and wakes me up (Rooms: 4/5)

Too expensive for the quality
No a/c, the employee at front desk said that is because it is too cold outside. In my room it was more than 25c, with no fresh air.
Bed comforters are smaller than for a single bed. Completely absurd.
I was in a privilege room!
Privilege room is just on top of the terrasse where people hangout until 5:00 am.
I asked to the front desk to ask them to be a little quiet, the employee did nothing.
No a/c = windows opened = cigarette smell in
the room.
So, I paid 2371€ for a deceptive experience.
For the 1/3 of the price it would be ok.

Sauna is off early 9pm, while reception said 10pm. There are not willing to prolong it even if they started it on demand only at 8.

Fitness room with low celling, cannot run in thread mill.

Breakfast great, rooms rather small.

Good hotel, very good location in the city.

Perfect place to explore Hannover. Right across the road from park land behind the city hall (Rathaus). Easy 20 minute walk to the main station Hannover Hbf. Perfectly located for all the city with U bahn stations nearby and plenty of restaurants too including a sushi and steak house all within ten minutes walk. The food in the hotel was great, both for breakfast and dinner.

I had a mixed experience at a hotel or lodging establishment like

1. Missing sign board: There is no sign board at the main entrance, which can cause confusion for visitors.
2. A/C heater issue: The air conditioning and its heating system in my room was not functioning properly, only making noise. Despite calling the reception, the issue remained unresolved.
3. Breakfast feedback: While the breakfast was okay, I feel that there could be more variety, especially for international guests.

I booked this hotel for the convenience of watching the game. It's a little expensive, including breakfast and parking. It's next to the city hall building and the park. It's a long way to eat, but not too far.

The room is average. For a business trip, the price is a bit high. It is quite high for a small city. A 3-star hotel at the price of a 5-star hotel. It may be because of the exhibition.
