An excellent and very well-maintained hotel in Laatzen. The rooms are very comfortable and large. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi, and offers an excellent breakfast buffet. We had a very comfortable stay.

H+ Hotel Hannover is a very pleasant place to stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Another big plus is the many free parking spaces available, which made things very convenient.

The room was comfortable overall, but the beds could have been a bit more comfortable, and a fridge in the room would have been a nice addition.

Aside from these small points, everything else was great. A solid choice in Hannover – I’d happily stay here again!

A good night stop on outer way thru Germany. Spacious and clean room. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices for all family members. Free parking was available even if we arrived just before midnight.

The hotel staff refused to turn on the air conditioner. The rooms were way too warm to sleep. Asked the reception desk each day to turn it on and they flatly refused. They claimed another guest said it was "too cold" although it was 24°C (75°F).

Their own sign next to the non-functioning air conditioner controls said it should work starting on May 1st. This is apparently a lie as their only goal seems to be maximizing profit by inconveniencing paying customers. Should update their hotel info to remove air conditioning from the description since they apparently have no intention ever turning it on.

Stayed at the H+ Hotel because it was close to the Messe. Unfortunately, except for the hotel breakfast, everything else the hotel offered was far below average expectations. The hotel refused to turn on the A/C even though it states that the A/C will be on from May 1. We were asked to open the window instead. Of course, leaving the window open at the end of May did NOT help at all. The staff didn't show any hospitality either. For example, during breakfast, I was asked to move to a different area after just putting my coffee and two plates on the table, simply because they had just cleaned that area and did not want anyone to eat there.

Cleanliness was okay, but a 4-star hotel requires every room to have a refrigerator. My room didn't have one... and breakfast was very, very limited. Otherwise, everything was okay.
