Update on June 25 2025; I still havent received the €250 deposit back for the booking made on 30th of May, so I will pass this case to my lawyer as I dont want to spend more time on this. Its been almost a month and the hotel not only blocked my calls but also forcefully delete the comments posted here, so most probably this comment will also be removed in a day or two, as they seem to remove negative comments to manipulate the ratings. -----
This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We were charged a €250 deposit with the assurance that it would be refunded after checkout. However, it’s now been over a week, and we still haven’t received our money back.

I’ve sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls. Most of the time, no one answers. On the rare occasions someone does, they simply refer me to another person and ask me to call back—creating a frustrating and endless loop. I’ve spent hours trying to get through and follow up, all without resolution.

This is not only unprofessional but also borders on unlawful behavior. I’ve never encountered a hotel that takes a deposit and then fails to return it, despite claiming they will.

I will never stay at any B&B Hotel again and strongly advise others to be cautious before booking.

very bad hotel with very bad staff, it was smelling weed in the entire first floor - my daughter is since then traumatized by hotel/ staff promised to refund the rooms but never did
on top of that the charging stations for the electric car was not working

Somewhere between a Travelodge and an Immigration Centre. It is conveniently located and cheap, and perhaps my expectations were off having stayed at a swish new B&B Hotel in Switzerland, but this place is very old and tired. The bedroom was clean, and I had a reasonable night's sleep. But the rest of it is very tired and worn, with ingrained stains. On the plus side it's pretty close (15 min walk) to a couple of decent restaurants. I would stay there again, but I'd certainly look for other options first.

Covenient, clean, economic and quiet. Close to a friendly sports facility with beer and basic meals. No issues but no luxuries. Breakfast basic. Easy parking. My fourth stay here and never any problems. Easy access to motorway. I will continue using this hotel whe4n crossing Europe.

I normally look for a cheaper F1, but the best value locally appeared to be the IBIS. At twice the rate of an F1, I was pleased to see the extra €25 really does make a difference. The warm welcome was genuine. The room was extremely clean and did not smell of smoke. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. And the ensuite toilet and shower all definitely made the extra cost worthwhile. Sometimes it makes sense to pay a little extra.

Change of Etap hotel to Ibis budget is great. Rooms are more comfortable. For example no plastic shower-toilet cabin with anymore. Now the toilet is separated from the rest. Furnishings are also nicer. Quiet room and breakfast was also ok. Kind person at the reception desk. Acces to highway very easy. I can really advise this hotel.

My wife compared this hotel to her dorm room in college. But it had a shower in the room and a toilet in the closet. Internet worked well and it was good for a stop on our way to a 4x4 event. We would have had issues if we would have been towing the jeep only one pull thru area that was already taken when we got there. Right across from an ADAC center.

Stayed at this hotel before when it was an Etap. This hotel is always clean and comfortable, but remember it is lo cost. Breakfast's are expensive but there is a McDonalds about 10min walk down the road. Only criticism is that there should be a kettle in the rooms.

Good location for overnight stay on the trip to England, or Benelux. Clean rooms, f1 type of accomodation. Pizza and steakhouse close by 10 min walk, gas station just across the street.
