-10 stars if I could to the worst hotel on earth, I would. Crappiest worst hotel from the front desk to the service to the management ever. Unfortunately I had to stay here twice over to visits and this one is really bad! Everyone is so rude, so arrogant, so inconsiderate ..they just don’t care the hell about you. You are just a ‘shitty’ number to them. Rooms look fancy but always an issue. Breakfast ok but always the exact same ..breads are a hit and miss
One thing consistent is their nasty non accommodating nasty bad horrible ugly attitudes. Award for worst hotel goes to this Residenz! Hope they don’t survive

I had a great stay at Hotel Residenz. The staff were very friendly and professional, and I really appreciated the warm and welcoming treatment.
The room was exceptionally clean and well-prepared. Everything was in perfect order, and I had no issues at all during my stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable, especially with the pleasant weather.
The view from the room was truly lovely and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is situated in the center, the mall is nearby and that' s the best thing I can say. The junior suite is quite expensive, rather small and has a odd and impractical shape. There is only one decent chair in a double room and worst of all: there's no airco. The room temperature rose to a tropical level and opening the patio doors means letting in the mosquitos and the noise from a rather busy road. The kingsize bed is actually consisting of two single mattresses which are way too soft. You have to pay extra for parking on the private parking lot. The owner does the checking out and he doesn't even ask how your stay was. Pay up and leave please ...

Nice hotel with super helpful staff & good storage for bicycles, the beds are extremely soft was my only issue. Everything else was spot on!

Spacious, very clean and comfortable accommodation. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful decor. Located close to markets, pharmacies and other shops. Hearty and high-quality breakfast. The hotel does not have a room with three single beds available.

The room is gorgeous and clean. It is walking distance from the city center. Breakfast fee is getting changed by room type without any difference on the meals or services.

(+) I guess it is a good hotel, if you come for business or for personal purpose in Bocholt. Breakfast is good, rooms are spacious and well decorated, safe box, laundry service, big parking, 5 min walk from a supermarket and 5-7 min walk from the railway and bus station. (-) One of my days was not pleasant in the morning, when a lady from morning service asked me not so friendly about my room number and then came to me with a coffee. I said that I have no place so far but she insisted that I have to give her a table, so that she can leave the coffee. It is so inpatient and unprofessional! I never experienced such issues in other hotels. She was just rude. Why could not she wait for me to have a table chosen? When I checked out, I was asked how many nights I stayed and despite of my answer (twice), I was charged for 4 nights instead of 3. I initially wanted to stay 4 nights but well in advance (more than a month), changed my reservation. Why was not it updated in their system? I think that a 4* hotel should not allow such flaws and unprofessional staff behavior.

Staying at the Residenz was a privilege. The hotel is elegantly decorated, and rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast was very good with various options and the best black coffee I have ever had in a hotel. Special mention to the very polite and nice staff. At the restaurant, you were really taken care by a trained and very professional staff.

Great for business stopover. The staff are attentive and friendly. Gardens are picturesque and a nice atmosphere in general.
