Fabulous location on the river, right next to the old town. Perfect location to access all the tourist spots. The ship is beautiful, spotlessly clean. Cabins are fabulous with all the amenities you could need including a coffee machine and excellent shower. Food was amazing, lots of choice. Ate onboard for dinner and breakfast. Service is exceptional, the staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you.

First time staying in a boat hotel. It was wonderful and sparkling new. Rooms are lovely although a tad bit small. Great staff and breakfast is amazing. Views are great and a nice experience.
Small cons are getting there with luggage. Difficult for uber to come down near, so be prepared to walk up and down the stairs to catch a taxi. Otherwise location is great. Near to Aldstadt.

Cannot appraise this place enough. It ticks everything on our list. The rooms, or actually cabins, are super comfortable. The level of cleanliness is spot on and there is not an inch of wear and tear. Comfortable beds, fluffy pillows. We slept like babies!
Firiendly service and the breakfast had everything we could wish for. Even if the buffet was a bit limited it had all items you can expect. Eggs to order and mimosa are my precious!

Very weird staff. I wanted to ask a question and was waiting out of the door of the reception. Someone came and directly said private ship please get off. Maybe you shouldn't call it a reception if people are jot allowed there? If it's private maybe you should also not write HOTEL and CRUISE on it?

The place was absolutely immaculate, and the staff was very friendly. the services on board were beyond what we expected. I asked for a late check towards a 50€ fee and I could stay until 6 pm. this is absolutely good value and better than hanging out in a lobby (i had an 8 pm flight). the room was rather small but very comfortable, if you close the curtains, you cannot tell it was a boat. the breakfast was decent too.

It was okay if you like a river view and no taxi knows where you're staying. The ship is near a railway bridge, and it's quite noisy.

Great location, very clean rooms, great breakfast (except the coffee - that was mediocre) and good views (if you get a riverside room). Negatives: narrow beds (80cm), very early check out (10:30)

Great option if you are in Düsseldorf, visiting or living here! You can stay, have a delicious dinner or just relax with friends and colleagues in their bar. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
