Heiner's Parkhotel in Gelsenkirchen

Not intentionally, but skillfully, unfortunately!

In front of almost 2 months, we were like on a Friday night with 2 people eating, I reports short and concise.

The open wine was completely stale. It had to be claimed until a new bottle was opened. This is not adequate.

Main course: My companion had chosen "heaven and earth" ....... an absolute disaster! The Apple is almost raw, the jelly like a Bouncing ball, the blood sausage was lukewarm, the potatoes were the donuts -as I recall - a kind of croquettes from deep-fryer.

I had the Iberico pork loin with potato-mustard-Mashed and cabbage in cream.
The pork was well-fried. The mashed Potatoes was completely acidifies. Sour-mashed potato is very, very disgusting! The cabbage in the cream was too salty and true. The Jus/sauce was bound with a binder and nachgewürzt (whatever).

As a Dessert I had a kind of dessert variation. The Mousse au chocolat was boring and soggy, a small cake or piece of pie came out of the micro wave, and as far as I me the vanilla ice cream was he terrible.

Although we were early in the Restaurant, and after only a few guests zustießen, the Service was inattentive and acted with a certain degree of Arrogance. 2x I had to get up from the table and after the Service to watch.

The kitchen was overall very bad, there was only one point of the well and this is all too little.

The Service was poor, and the wine is only after a complaint drinkable.

The price corresponds to the service offered.

It is -at least for me - obvious that the reason for these deficits is the lack of professionalism (training).

It is not fooled, as you could expect in the Heiner's top restaurants, in reality, it is enough for a long time.

From my point of view I have to say, unfortunately, here the guest is misguided and taken advantage of.

I can't recommend the Restaurant Heiner's, unfortunately, what I feel is a great pity for GE-Horst. The other way around it would be to me much rather!
