Everything felt new and well cared for. The hallways were bright, the room smelled clean, and the furniture looked modern and sturdy.

The mattress felt new, and the pillows were just the right firmness for me. I also liked that the shower had a constant water temperature — a small but important thing. Overall, everything was as described, or maybe slightly better.

The room is comfortable, and the staff is amiable. The check-in process was very easy. Thank you, Omega team.

The worst experience of my life. No cleaning service at all. Staff very unfriendly. Only one staff could speak english. Breakfast very poor in quantity although very expensive, 9.5 euros per person. Although we were 10 people who booked 5 rooms for September 3 and 4, during breakfast the hotel provided only 4 cruasans, 0.5 kg of milk, 100 gr of sousages, 100 gr of cheese etc. Upon request(we had to ask for everything) they add more food. Very high price, while the quality of the service was extremely low.

Bad service and bad behavior. It opens too late, they are not transparent and offer things sparingly. They do not even have a hall to stay while waiting for the room to be cleaned. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Very good Greek food, nicely served. There was just no Ouzo welcome drink on the 2nd visit. Will be back next year ;)

The food in the greek restaurant is fresh made. The tzaziki is delicious and the bread is very fine. Good price quality. The meals are more then enough. We had no place anymore form desert. Staff is friendly and helpfull
