The fan has a thick dust on it, it hasn't been cleaned in a while
My experience couldn't get worse!!
The first day, after taking a shower, I unfolded a supposedly clean folded towel to see "and smell" a sh*t stain!
I was totally shocked! but for a hotel stating a slogan NO CLEAN = GREEN I should have expect the worst, and I'm not sure if they understand it anyhow!
The worst thing above all else, after claiming about that issue, no one from the hotel management contacted me! No explanation! No apology! No customer care! Zero contact! Nothing!
It was a very dirty experience overall!
The reception was a bit difficult to find
