The hotel is in the city center of Wuppertal. Small room, no night tables, no plug sockets near the bed. Old screen TV only Germany channels, they did not offer Wifi I do not know if they have it or not. The hotel is near main Train station and bus staion. let's say 3 to 5 mins walk. Suspended railway 1 minute walk or less. And they are many restaurants around, pharmacy and ATM machine. I recommend for 1 or 2 nights.

I don't know if I can say that I was the victim of racism or lack of respect.
My stay was not long so I book a standard single room because the price was reasonable With a very good location.
When I arrived on the first day I was tired so I went straight to bed, First of all the room was clean and tidy but unfortunately I was woken up by bedbugs which completely covered the pillow and on the bed I immediately repacked my bags and went down to the reception I spoke to the guy I was respectful if I could change rooms and he directly told me no it's impossible then I showed him the video that I took and I explained to him he told me he's going to go check, after checking they gave me another room I received no apology.
Secondly I was visited twice by a friend but at 30 minutes he knocks on my door to say that the person must leave they say that it's the city regulations I can understand that but the second time the guy is stayed in front of my door he said he's not going to move until my friend leaves.
I share my experience lived here at this hotel and my opinion To help others not get carried away by the price Because it's not worth it .

Check in is from 16h onwards yet at 16.23 no one is here to even open the door, let alone check me in. There is no reaction to the doorbell. I don't care that it's cheap, this was not worth the money. Go anywhere else.
9/6 update: The location dares accuse me of not being a guest? I was there. Your hotel sucks. There was another guest there waiting at 4pm trying to get in. He left the next day at 6am. I have the booking number saved.

This is one of the worst hotels in which I have ever stayed. The quality of service was very poor: Small rooms, small TV. The owner of the hotel didn't want to issue an invoice for my stay. It took me three days to get it ... Finally after threatening the hotel owner that I will cancel my card payment for the stay he has issued the invoice. The hotel owner accussed me of smoking in the hotel room which was completely not true. I'm a non smoking person... I have really bad experience related to the stay at this Hotel. For sure I won't stay there again in the future.

Very good location near everything you need from food to drink to trains very clean hotel helpful staff and you get a fee ticket for the hanging train , only slight downside was the price of the buffet breakfast a little steep for the choice however what was offered was very nice and good quality

A decent hotel in the center of Wuppertal. You are close to the central train station and near a lot of places where you can grab some quick meal. The breakfast is nice and varied. The staff is helpful but if you don't speak German you're gonna have some difficulties communicating.

I would give this hotel 0 stars if possible. They gave us a room that wasn't cleaned (they clearly didn't change the bed sheets and left the towels of previous guests on the bathroom floor). The rooms are really overpriced for what they offer.
We arrived after midnight thus we couldn't reach the owner. The day after we talked with the owner, he offered us a refund.
