Hotel Nüller Hof in Wuppertal

After checking in, noticed that the resulting room was totally cooled down, the heaters worked. The second room was even colder. I also noted after my return in the evening: unpleasant urine smell coming from toilet, shower / fittings / furnishings are very outdated and not very well maintained. No smoke detector present! No Wi-Fi, although on the Internet.

In the evening it was really cold - no contact person on site. In the morning phone call with (? -)Operator. To him the cold is a problem would not be known, I had to then check out if "I wouldn't like it here".
The lady at the reception did not know, in fact, of the Problem, since I was the only one with these complaints and was very understanding; so I checked again and looked for another Hotel.

I received the note that there was in this Hotel at the beginning of the year, a change in ownership.

After the weekend an angry call from the (? -)Operator, how impossible it was to take services and not pay. On the note of all the defects that I spent my day of arrival in order to take care of me to a new room, which was in even worse condition than the first, that I got because of the Back-and-Forth in time, not an hour of sleep is not found, even though I was with a sweater and pants in the bed, so as not to freeze, that I spoke with him and the lady at the front Desk first thing in the morning, because I felt these States definitely as absolutely untenable, he went (comment: I would have to go "directly"). I was accused instead of lying.

My conclusion: NEVER, NEVER again. There are a number of great Motels, in which it is much cleaner, and warmer (!) is, as in this Hotel and the stay is really a service.

The single star is for the friendly receptionist.

We waited 2 hours to eat. The bill does not keep, for whatever reason. Food was very good. The operation underground, chaotic, and sometimes outrageously.
