No support in late chdck in at all

Warning: Please don't trust the bad reviews. It really is that bad – especially the service! We've stayed at BB hotels many times, but this one is unacceptable. We were told to stay in a room temperature of about 15 degrees Celsius. Extra blankets or anything else wasn't available. The manager couldn't be reached after the concierge warned him that we wanted to complain... It's also not really clean, and room service simply wasn't provided!

The young man at reception when I arrived was very helpful, but my stay did not live up to any other metric for expectation. The room was filthy. There were hand prints all over the walls of the toilet, marks all over the walls of the bedroom, a massive amount of dust buildup behind the television, and there was copper wire and a weight hanging from the radiator. Deeply unimpressed at the lack of care and attention to detail when cleaning. The WIFI internet DID NOT WORK, costing me an evening of work. The payment gateway for unlimited use was broken and did not work. I called the number for m3connect internet services and they said they would 'call me back in the morning'. Not only is that useless when I needed a fix immediately, I would be gone in the morning, AND they did not call back. The 'free' WIFI had a bandwith and data limit that did not allow me to do my work or even watch YouTube or Netflix. The hotel seems to attract guest that are particularly dirty and the smell was awful. When I arrived at reception there was a man who had clearly not washed in days and the smell was horrific - it filled the reception area. I felt very sorry for the member of staff who had to deal with them. There were also many instances of people smoking at the entrance, which is not at all pleasant when arriving or departing the building. No kettle in the rooms and no access to hot drinking water unless reception was open. Reception has short opening hours in the morning and evening. No night porter after 10pm. Breakfast was super limited. Food was labelled incorrectly and placed in the wrong jars (cereals). This is important for people with intolerances. Not good enough.

Room was freezing. During a heatwave?? Couldn't turn down, button was broken. Coffee and vending machines empt?? And nobody at reception/ bar, although announced open till 22.00. it was 20.00 when I arrived. No second time for me. Even the company pays me.

Worst "Hotel" In Germany. In beds hard as a Board, with dozens of hair from the predecessor. Rooms are tiny, dingy, the shower cabin is directly next to the bed. Breakfast not worth the money. I would give negative stars if it was. Stay like in prison. Avoid!!!

Disgusting ! Staff unsympathetic. The third sleeping without a sheet, just a sheet full of tasks suspicious and hair, without being able to get a sheet at the front desk, we have specified that the type of equipment that did not exist in Germany !
Take the customers for idiots with contempt !
