We had such a pleasant experience. Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day. Parking was easily available.
Thanks to all the staff who made this such a wonderful experience.

Beautiful hotel. Only spoke to staff on phone to get check in instructions. They were easy but had trouble locating the room, there was no number on the door. Our room was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 little kids, they even had a pack n play ready. Would definitely stay here again.

Odd. Virtually no staff. The front desk closed at 4:00 pm.

Ok place to stay.
The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a little messy outside. The rooms were a bit dingy, and the bathrooms were dated. I couldn't turn up the heat. Also, the towels were skimpy, and the bed was a little worn. Maybe the renovations will continue inside, too.

Very nice hotel, although far from the city centre. Rooms clean, bed....mattress too soft. For people with spine problems, it may be difficult. Nice ground terrace with a roof and a trampoline for children. Fast internet is a very big bonus. Very modest breakfast, but everyone will find something for themselves. Hunger is the best cook;) There is water, a kettle, and coffee in the room. I consider my stay a success.

Fits the need
Second time staying. Small room, but enough for one person. Heat works, everything was clean, extension cords and a fridge.

Hotel was fine - location was nice, just outside of Kaiserslautern, but there wasn't much immediately around the hotel. Check-in was different - my room key was in a lockbox, with the registration card. My check-out was early in the morning so I just dropped the key in another secure box.

Wonderful stay
Very clean hotel , amazing staff, very safe for solo travellers, quiet , food is sooo delicious in their restaurant
