There is no AC ..the fans did not help. Beds

Pleasant location, friendly staff, good parking
I stayed five nights and would book again. The location is very pleasant and safe, in a residential area. It is short (5-minute) enjoyable walk to the bus stop. Public transportation is excellent, so all of Mainz is easily accessible. Additionally it is only a 10-minute walk to the Gutenberg university.

The hotel is rather short staffed, but they work very hard to ensure that you have what you need. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, a breakfast is provided every day (for additional cost), and they give contact information in case any problems arise when they are not on site in the evening (which didn't happen during my visit).

I prearranged my arrival as instructed, so I knew what to expect and I had no trouble getting entry when I first arrived. Free parking is convenient and spots were always available.

The breakfast was good and the coffee machine was a nice addition.
The refrigerator in the room was not functioning.
Unfortunately patrons smoked just outside the entrance.
Close to a bus stop making it comvenient.

Nice, spacious clean room, but nobody there
The room was nice and spacious. Clean.
The problem is that there was nobody at the reception in the evening when I arrived around 6.3pm and my phone could not connect so I had to ask people to call for me. In the end a letter was left outside for me but I wasn't warned.

I had a Comfort Single Room. It was clean and practically furnished. Overall, you can tell the hotel is showing its age. The staff was friendly, but understaffed. The restaurant was closed, and the reception was only open part-time. No daily room cleaning. Good breakfast. Good transport links. Suitable for a short trip. 3-star hotel.

Locates little off the downtown area of Mainz, but very close to the university campus and in a lush green and calm surroundings.

Very small single room . The carpet floor is old, dark and dirty. Shower with lime and rust deposits.Fittness room is cold and no plastic trees and knalen colors decorated. Früschtuck is too expensive. Friendly staff and good cooking.

The shower is not intuitive to use. It took almost a quarter of an hour, until warm water flowed. The price for Breakfast is not justified. The walls are very clairaudient. Friendly staff, but the deficiencies are not betting.
