The hotel is beautiful and well-located, and the staff is friendly. We stayed one night in two single rooms, and after leaving, we discovered we each had to pay €10 tourist tax for one night. I've been trying to contact the hotel about this for a month, and they ignore my emails.

wonderful hotel with personal service, good food and modern, comfortable and clean rooms. Walk down the street and you're in a very attractive forest area, with hills, bogs and fields. what can i say more?

Got there at 21.55, friendly welkome at reception and precise given instructions/explanations.
Very clean hotel, room, very comfy beds, 24/7 autoservice for drinks and snaks downstairs and the most delicious breakfast.
I believe the surroundings are nice too, pitty we only got there during night and left too early.
Deffinitely a place to go again for a longer duration.

I really liked this Hotel, the only downside for me was the restaurant was shut during my stay. Which is why only a 4 star rating, the images are the view from my room

Lovely modern and clean rooms situated close to tourist towns and nature parks and the river Mosel.
Service seems to be mainly oriented to native Germans though, as many hotel staff didnt speak English. Good restaurant but again no English menu available.

The hotel is nice, very clean. I live in the US and was visiting Germany. I stayed 3 nights. On the morning of checkout the lady said I had booked another room for one night and had to pay for it . We went back and forth... I asked why I wasn't informed of it on the 1st day when I was issued my room key? Obviously I was never issued a key for a 2nd room. She said they just noticed it. To make a long story short, I ended up paying for an additional night for an additional room that i never used. Very disappointing.

The room I had was very large had a full kitchen with a full oven and stove a separate bedroom separate bathroom separate living room really enjoyed my stay very quiet the breakfast is really good
