Mybroom had a door within the room to the next room, i could hear the other other person talking. Slightly creepy. No privacy.

I booked through their website using a special offer and paid upfront online. When I arrived, they charged me again by mistake. I requested a refund, but staff couldn’t issue it and told me to wait until checkout. At checkout, they still couldn’t process it and had literally lost my details written on a scrap of paper. I was then asked to hand over my bank details on a post-it note. After returning home, I had to provide my bank details again because the post-it was lost. Nearly three months later, after endless emails and calls, I still haven’t received my refund. This is beyond unprofessional—they can’t manage something as simple as a refund, something that should take minutes in this day and age. It’s embarrassing for a business to operate like this. Unless you absolutely have no other choice, avoid staying here.

Simple hotel, good breakfast.
After 1300hrs on a Sunday, check-in is bua a machine in a lobby off the car park, I met staff who were on their wst out and they were helpful and friendly.
The room was comfortable, clean but basic.
The price paid seems fair.
Breakfast is an additional €14.90, the selection was very good and food quality is excellent.

Rooms are adequate and clean.
Reception member could barely speak or understand english.
And I think it is overpriced for what you get and in comparison to what I experienced at other hotels in Numberg with B.fast included.
