Nice rooms with view of the Mosel river. Beautiful Spa, with the option of the private spa, which I can highly recommend! Even got to see the Christmas market, so it was just late November. We had a great time!

Just got back from a 3-night stay at this beautiful hotel. The first thing to say is that the customer service could not have been better. Every staff member was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The spa facilities are gorgeous and wonderfully kept. I had two treatments, very relaxing. The food and wine was delicious. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Sat on the riverside terrace, very lovely to be fair. Took a while to get served, staff on duty went from 1 to 3 suddenly so someone came to our table. I had the pleasure to be invited for a lunch meal last Wednesday. I had the garden salad with chanterelle mushrooms. It was very well seasoned and presented. The meals of the friends I sat with were also incredibly well presented. Our stay at Brixiade & Triton Hotel in Cochem had a small issue at first, as room 19 had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the staff quickly moved us to a much better room. Overall, the staff were friendly, the food was okay, and the location is perfect.

The best feature of this hotel is the castle and river view from the window. The room was clean, but there was a moldy smell inside and outside, and since there was no ventilation, the only option was to keep the balcony door constantly open. The location is right next to the exit of the highway, and there are large supermarkets around. Although it is a bit far from the city center, parking is convenient. The room is large, with heating and free bottled water.

Booked a room for a child and 2 adults- check-in we find out there is only 1 large bed no kid bed. They let us know that all rooms with 3 beds /couch are taken and rolling beds also in use. The hotel is very close to Trier's attractions, with a 'black something' landmark right outside (can't remember the name). There's also a Chinese restaurant across the street with Chinese girls working there. After all, it's Marx's hometown, and I ran into several groups of Chinese tourists.

Location is amazing, just across the road is Porta Nigra, on the left is the supermarket, bars and shopping street. The room is clean, towels and linen are white and shiny. There’s some mold in the bathroom, and the bed itself wasn’t comfortable. In general, it was a nice experience! I’d recommend for solo and couples as well!

We stayed one night and we booked the family suite. Smooth check in and the staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and we had a lot of space with a family of 4. hard to describe the experience as we arrived in Frankfurt after 7 P.M. and didn't get on the road till 8 it was getting dark and finding this small village was very difficult for someone not familiar with the area. It was a pleasure to have such a clean, cozy place to stay. Woke up to the sound of birdsong and the babbling brook in the woods across the street. Wish we had stayed here longer than one night!
