UPDATE: as you see below, the hotel responded. And see, that is exactly what I mean. Everything is our fault. Just to extend an example: of course we advanced the arrival of the truck. In writing. And a follow-up call. And we booked a rooms for the drivers. And still the hotel suggests that the truck delivering the equipment for the event would arrive a day after the event. And worse: they suggest they provided a solution. The solution they provided is that they send the drivers away to park on a public parking somewhere 15 min away.
I reduce my rating to one star - and for the event, I would give zero if I could. This hotel really has to learn its lesson. It's not that I can not only "not recommend", I would strongly advise against holding an event here.
