this hotel is WAY overpriced for the quality and amenities. the room is clean, but after staying for over a week we had to specifically ask the front desk that housekeeping change our sheets. they boast a sauna as one of the “all inclusive” amenities, but you have to pay separately to enter the sauna. the wifi is strong in the lobby, but consistently cuts out in our room, which is very inconvenient as an american without an eSim (and plain annoying since free wifi is one of the “all inclusive” amenities the boast!) in sum, save your money, don’t stay here!

The hotel management is the worst one we visited in our life. No respect, no understanding, no hospitality, no response on emails, does not speak other language just German on the phone, contrary as written on the hotel website ("Hospitality is in our blood" - hahaha). Avoid for visiting this hotel.

We have been there with our son, the location is amazing, the hotel is old & I don’t believe it’s 4 starts. I took the suite and pay a lot for two nights but overpriced, if you put a bath in the middle of the room it’s not mean that it’s suite. We are traveling a lot all over Germany and we never had such a disappointment. The restaurant is sorry to say not good, and so expensive wow. But the women that work in the restaurant super super nice. The service in the reception is ok but should be more warm. The pool is very old. It’s like stuck in time but big. Good point: The wellness part is amazing, new and with the best view of the hotel. I know how hard is it to have a business but your price is not fair and what you see it’s not what you get.

The Hotel have all the conditions to be at least a fair Hotel but is not. The resturant is not bad, the breakfast ies average minus. What makes the difference to the worst is the customer care: the customer service is very arrogant. Will never return to this Hotel

The room was big and clean with a good atmosphere. The wellness are was the highlight of the hotel with a nice view to the forest. Breakfast was also good with a rich amount of variety.
