The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms for an affordable price. The staff is very pleasant and hospitable. It also has free Wi-Fi and free parking. My stay here was great and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants or has to visit Magdeburg.

Fleas in the room!! I booked a room on October 3, 2025. The room was very cold. After 4 hours, the room wasn't warm. With the thin duvet, it stayed cold. Perhaps someone slept there with pets. I had fleas in the room. I was bitten by fleas, and my arms and legs were red. There was no staff at night. There was no phone number. I didn't get another room. And the hotel refused to refund my money. I will never come back here. I left the hotel around 3 a.m. because there was no staff. A terrible hotel! Never again. Service really bad!!

In a cheap price the hotel is really good. Very clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms and shower areas were very clean. The whole hotel smells nit and clean. The hotel has it’s own sitting area, vending machine, coffee machine. Overall good experience.

Nice We had a great time at the water park! There is literally something for all ages! I was really impressed by the cafe. They were fast and the food was hot. The prices of the food were also very reasonable! The tickets for the water park are pretty expensive but in my opinion, worth every penny! We will be back next

Helpful Staff. Free parking. Comfortable & clean bed. Free Wi-Fi. Clogged water drain in one of the shower cubicles. Poor soundproofing of the room doors.

Absolute NO-GO. Room dirty, it smells, Dixxi toilet is a treat. You have to imagine you in a toilet a complete plastic cell. You cleaning any automatism takes over after you was in it. The toilet is then at least Wet. Breakfast was the best part of it all. Although the coffee has rather passed out of the water. In any case, the Second pot then. The first one was OK. Eggs are not soft but Hard. Rooms are small and dirty. The carpet should be cleaned urgently. The bed was still reasonably OK. It was a stop on a sheet of plywood and couldn't Breathe. A slatted't know. But at least it was clean. Prefer 8-10 EUR more, and then a clean room with bathroom. Of course the price was extremely cheap for 2 persons 32 EUR.

Price for this Region is normal, however, the rooms are very small dirty and reminiscent of cells. We had booked in 11/2014 3 double rooms for 6 staff and all rooms were equally bad. we would not book it.
