Quite a nice place, to which I will probably return. For the first time I had to split the journey between Holland and my home country into two stages due to health problems and the need to rest living with pain. The hotel was nice, the room was excellently equipped, the bed was comfortable, and most importantly - I could sleep with my daughter on all fours [a short-haired German Shepherd]. Since I arrived late due to car problems, I had trouble finding a parking space.

The worst service that one can imagine is calling the emergency number and person hangs up. After second try speaking German - again. No PIN sent ahead, no entrance to the hotel, absolutely scandalous service.

- Refrigerator, toilet, and shower were dirty/moldy

- The ventilation for the small bathroom didn't work

- We had to change rooms because the other one was even dirtier

- Breakfast and staff were good

- We wouldn't book again

- Despite ringing the bell, no one was at reception

Clean rooms, free parking, not far from the city center! The hotel room is not very new, there is no kettle, you need to bring your own! There aren’t many people when there’s no exhibition!

We stopped on the way back to the UK. We are very pleased with the experience. Clean rooms and tasty buffet type breakfast. Staff speaks English. Lovely place. One of the best stays. Close to the motorway however in the Leipzig low emmison zone so sticker required technically. Internet connection slow but but overall experience - extremely positive.

About what you can expect from a 3 star hotel in Germany: average hotel with employees that don't speak or don't want to speak English. The bed was comfortable so we got a good night's sleep. The only problem we had with it was that the room smelled like someone smoked cigarettes in it every day for the past 20 years. Won't book this hotel again.

Very cost-effective and convenient parking. Suitable for self-driving travelers. The hotel staff is very friendly and the surrounding environment is nice. It is a newer residential community and very quiet.

The front desk clerk was not interested in new guests, when asked if there was a restaurant around for dinner we were handed a paper with 3 restaurant options so we ordered a pizza and ate in the room.
There was a construction going on so the bar also was closed.. the next morning at breakfast, bread, meat and cheese dish were empty, just 1 woman was running the entire restaurant so she was working like crazy but just couldnt keep up.

All together not a great experiance, just for 1 night though so …. Would not recomend this and wont go back for sure

Everything was nice, the staff, the breakfast buffet, the rooms were large and they're also greatly equipped (Large TV, able to connect with your phone, Microwave, Refrigerator, Desk, Comfy Beds...) What else to be desired? WLAN is also there, everyrhing really pleasant and calm...

Of course it's location is a little far away from the city centre and it's hard to get there by bus, but that's not the hotels fault, rather the problem is with the Bus System imho.

However if you've got a car then... ehat are you waiting for? We'll definitely come back.

And the breakfast buffet is not overcomplicated and what they offer is good quality. It knows what it offers, it may seem like "limited" at first sight but we were fully enjoying every moment of it.

Can only recommend! Also for this price, this quality, I'm not sure you'll find such an easy match as this one.
