Big and clean rooms, great staff

I have visited this hotel several times. All in all it it a good hotel with good service. The only problem is the rooms have no aircondition. Really needed in this hot weather.

Have been here often. The hotel is in a good location. Service personnel is friendly and always helpful. Rooms are spacious. However no aircondition in rooms. Pet friendly hotel. But a safe place to stay on business or for vacation.

Large room with comfortable, quiet rooms, pleasant staff and good location. Car parking was a small walk from hotel and just €3/day. Breakfast was nice, and although I found it to be expensive, it was the least expensive during my trip….it’s a Euro thing ;-)

A fine hotel in wonderful rural suroundings. We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was excellent as well as evening lunch. A very nice place to visit the Harz mountains or beautiful old towns like Quedlinburg, Wernigerode or Goslar.

If you book the upgraded room #9 with big bath and lounge area, that room really is special and feels like you’re in an old castle.

Good business hotel with a very good breakfast, an atmospheric beer garden in summer and solid hotel rooms. Unfortunately, it's a bit out of town, so rail travelers can only reach it by cab.

We didn't stay in the Hotel, we went to the Restaurant. The beer was great! When the owner found out that I am visiting from the US, he gave me one of their House beer glasses as a souvenir. Really nice

Bought Travelzoo voucher for two nights with breakfast and 3 course meals. Enjoyed Askania home brew beer. The 3 course meal is acceptable. Very friendly services at the reception and breakfast room. If our room was not next to entrance/stairs and the van not parked directly under the window will be much more satisfactory.

I would dare say this is the best hotel in Bernburg. Very clean, friendly staff and the food was so delicious. I was lucky to be served by an English speaking employee since my German is not so good. I believe he said his name was Ahmed . Thanks for the wonderful time and keep up the good work.

Best night we had in Germany. Very comfortable hotel.

Very nice place to stay after we rode our motorbikes from Krakow. We had no problems booking the room for four guys. Two rooms within one, quite unusual but fitted the bill perfectly. Very clean and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling wanting an hotel.

Good acomodation in the middle of the city

Location of the hotel in city center is ok but there is no parking place if you arrive late, small rooms are newly furnished and tidy, unfortunately something wrong was in my bathroom - the smell was disgusting.

Great hotel with wonderful breakfast buffet an amazing sauna for hot infusion with own brought aroma (max. 9pm and not like worldwide 10pm 😭) and access to the great natural lake 😍👍👍👍 Gastro especially for quick take away drinks to take them to the terrace/garden by self a bit mess but maybe the staff will improve that one day and gets faster and works longer than 10pm 😉

Location with view to these lake. Gratis minigolf or boat rental. Beautiful spa area with gratis tea and chill area inside and outside. We really enjoyed everything a lot. We did a bike tour to Berlin and could recharge or batteries! :)

Only stayed for one night but the hotel is right in the centre with its own car park at the rear which is 6 euros a day, bargain. Rooms are well equipped and comftorble enough. We really enjoyed our stay and wpuld go back.

The hotel itself is in a building old as satan himself. However, the location is great to walk to the main square and it is surrounded by restaurants. Plus, it has a parking on it's own for 6 Euro per day. Very comfortable in this part of town where is so difficult to park.

We had a spacious apartment for our family and ate dinner in the relaxing Biergarten of the restaurant. Great, central location in the city with easy access to cafés and little shops. Parking behind the hotel was great for unloading and loading our luggage.

It is advised to make a reservation as the place was busy. I alread made one in the afternoon when we passed by. Service is decent. Prices are good. But the schnitzels were ordered were huge. Probably 2 persons can eat with one order. they had nice veggies and potatoes. Good beers as well.

Most centrally located place you can choose in Quedlinburg, yet quiet at night. Great service and attention to details (received a lot of chocolate for Easter), excellent breakfast buffet with freshly made Cappuccino and dog and kids friendly. Nice gaststätte in the center of beautiful Quedlinburg. Sat by the window with a good view of the market place. Had some great tasting soups (gulasch and soljanka). Fair price. Not many vegetarian options but the baked camembert with salad was fine.

The hotel is located right at the one end of the market square. The room was cozy and comfortable. The room window opened up with a view of the market square but surprisingly it was not noisy even on Sunday in mid July. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was centrally located and had easy walk distance to the nearby castle and marketplace. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast had a wide variety. Several staff members could understand and speak English which helped a lot. I would definitely stay here again!

It's a sort of antique hotel. However, it's worn down and lacks the magical atmosphere it should have. The rooms are small and inadequate (for the price paid). Breakfast options are limited. The waiters are helpful. Being right next to the old city is an advantage. And nice garden .

Well located at the edge of the Qedlinburg centre. Parking on the premises. We had a room on the top floor which was clean and spacious. Very friendly welcome. Small, but cosy breakfast room and nice buffet selection.
